In this session you will:
- learn a new technique for using WORD with your students
- continue to plan lessons for use in class
- get more lesson ideas from your colleagues in the course

Step 1: Each student writes a paragraph about the pictures above, who they are and what they have done recently. The document is saved in WORD and left on the screen for others to read.
Step 2: All students move one computer to their right.
Step 3: All students read the letter written by another student and write their comments as annotations.
Step 4: Highlight a part of the text that you want to comment on.
Step 5: Go to the Insert menu and click on Annotation:

A screen will appear at the bottom of the computer screen, write your comment in the space provided.

Step 6: Next click on Close and then save the document as usual.
Repeat Steps 2 to 6 for more annotations to each document.
Finally the students revise their own writing and send the corrected documents to the teacher by email.
