Lord Slug
Movie 4 starts out with Piccolo training in his usual spot in front of the waterfall. Gohan and Icarus come along and Gohan starts whistling to show Piccolo how Icarus can dance. While Gohan's whistling, Piccolo is paralyzed with pain from the sharp noise. Since he's Namekian, his hearing is ten times that of a human therefore the whistling is very painful to any Namek. After Gohan stops, Piccolo and him notice something in the sky. It's a planet heading straight for Earth. Everyone panics (Except for Master Roshi who is sleeping). Dr. Briefs, Bulma's dad, sees it and says that it's inhabited. Goku and Krillin fly up to try to change it's course but sadly they fail and get sucked in by the strong winds. Luckily, the planet misses Earth by mere miles and explodes not far from Earth. During the explosion, something lands in the middle of the city. It's a spaceship. Some alien comes out in a strange outfit and says that Earth now belongs to Lord Slug and anyone who resists will die. Then they show inside the spaceship. 4 aliens surround a fifth sitting in a throne. The alien in the throne is Lord Slug. One of the minions says something about Slug's old age and Slug kills him with one shot. Slug is an old, green alien with a cloak around him. It's said that the Earth can be teraformed in three days. The aliens outside start firing on the Earthlings and Gohan charges in to stop them. Gohan shatters one of the alien's visors and for some reason the alien gets blinded by the sun. Inside the ship, Slug notices the Dragon Ball on Gohan's hat. Chi Chi goes in to help Gohan and ends up getting knocked out after taking out 2 aliens. When Gohan helps Chi Chi, hit hat flies off and Slug picks it up. He takes the Dragon Ball off as Gohan wonders how he knows about them. Bulma starts yelling at them with Oolong as a shield. Slug asks Bulma about the Dragon Balls and Bulma slips out info about her radar. Then Slug reads Bulma's mind to find out more about the radar and Dragon Balls. Slug takes the radar and sends his men to find the Dragon Balls. He gives them one hour. One is in a bird's nest. Another is with a man while another is on a mountain. Slug calls the dragon and wishes for eternal youth. He gets his wish and becomes much younger and much more powerful. Slug sends a machine into the atmosphere and creates a huge cloud to block the sun from hitting the Earth. This lets the aliens breathe without helmets. It also helps to kill the humans by freezing them. We see Goku wake up in the tropics with Yajirobe. It's amazingly all frozen. Krillin wakes up and asks for a senzu bean. Then we see Chi Chi and Bulma trying to warm themselves up. Chi Chi finds out that Gohan ran away (again) to stop the aliens. Gohan, Oolong, and Icarus are spying on the aliens when they get spotted and attacked. Gohan holds hit own until hundreds of aliens start attacking. Then we see Slug without his cloak testing out his powers. Gohan's still fighting when Piccolo comes in to help (like usual). Then the main aliens come in for the fight. Goku and Krillin fly around noticing the whole planet being frozen. The big alien takes on Piccolo and Medamatcha, the small, green one, takes on Gohan. Piccolo crushes the aliens hand and breaks his arm while Gohan is getting blasted from all around. Next Medamatcha does some strange dance and then releases three miniature creatures that look just like him. The cling onto Gohan and start to drain his energy. Piccolo finally kills the alien with a single blast to the head. Gohan drops to the ground in pain while Medamatcha calls the mini-medamatcha's leave. Piccolo gets grabbed by the other alien but gets there just in time to save Gohan. Unfortunately, Piccolo gets badly injured while saving Gohan. Then Krillin and Gohan land to save Piccolo and Gohan. Medamatcha and Angila attack Goku but Goku easily dodges it. Then Goku flips Medamatcha right into one of the machines. Angila extends his arms through the ground to hold Goku in place while Medamatcha lets the minis attack. They cling onto Goku but don't seen to faze him at all. He tosses Medamatcha and powers up to get rid of the minis. Then Angila attacks with a mouth blast but Goku knocks it right back in and blows Angila's head up. Slug blows up his escaping soldiers as he walks out. Goku notices Slug's extreme power. Krillin attacks and easily gets knocked away. Goku goes in for the attack but doesn't do much better. As Goku's getting his but kicked he tries to come up with a plan. Goku lands a punch right in the face but it doesn't faze Slug one bit. Slug starts beating up Goku even more. Then Goku thinks of all the people counting on him and explodes in a rage. He gets surrounded by a yellow aura and breaks slugs arm. For some reason, everything he touches gets covered with a yellow aura. Goku just starts beating the crap out of Slug. King Kai thinks Goku has become a Super Saiyan. The fighting stops as Slug starts laughing and tears off his own arm. Amazingly he just grows it right back. We then find out that Slug is a Namekian. He expands his size to become giant. King Kai explains how Slug is one of the ancient Namek know as Super Nameks. They were banished from Namek by the Dragon Balls and have become nomads. Slug may be the last survivor of the Super Nameks. Goku changes back to his original form and starts running from the giant Slug. No matter where Goku runs, Slug is able to find him. Goku gets a mouth blast from the giant Slug and amazingly survives. He runs up Slugs arm and blasts him in the face but gets grabbed as he tries to escape. Slug starts to crush Goku when Piccolo gets up to help Goku by grabbing Slugs antennae which hurts Nameks pretty bad. Slug drops Goku and grabs Piccolo. Piccolo grabs his hears and rips them off for some reason. He tells Gohan to whistle so he does. Suddenly, Slug drops to his knees in pain like Piccolo did in the beginning. Piccolo reaches for Goku so that he can give Goku his energy. He succeeds and transfers his energy to Goku. Slug freaks out and tries to stop Gohan's whistling and accidentally destroys his own ship. Goku goes Kaio-Ken and attacks Slug. Goku plows right through Slug and knocks him onto his own ship. Then Goku heads up to destroy the cloud machine when Slug reaches up and grabs Goku leg. Slug gets blasted in the clouds but keeps on coming. Goku powers up a spirit bomb and throws it at Slug. It hits Slug and the cloud machine taking them both out. This destroys the clouds and lets the sun shine on the Earth once again. Everyone runs to Goku after getting senzu beans from Yajirobe. Piccolo reaches out of the rubble and scared the hell out of everyone. Piccolo gets a senzu bean and then regenerates his ears. At the Kame House, Master Roshi wakes up from his nap and complains about how boring it is on Earth. |
