| Everyone knows Hello Kitty, right? Of course! But, do you know Pochacco? If you don't, you should. Just a cute little obsession of mine. Click the puppy and go to the best Pochacco site I've come across. | ![]() |

| Here's where it starts to get personal. Music is a big part of my life. I use it to express and find my emotions. I have too many favorite bands to list, but I can at least start you on the right path, eh? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| So many bands and so little space. I went to Michigan Fest in the Detroit area in March of 2000.. Those were the days. The Alkaline Trio (though it wasn't the first time I'd seen them) rocked the fucking house. It was the first time I'd ever seen Rainer Maria, though. I cried. Elliott made me cry, too. It was dark, loud, and late at night.Their music.. the vocals has so much depth. Just the sound of his voice when he's practically screaming gives me chills. I also saw Atom and His Package. He makes me laugh. I thanked him in person and gave him a souvenier.. The only thing I could spare was a Pokemon card. I wonder if he still has it. I saw a ton of bands in those three days, but those are the ones that stick out in my mind. I went to Kentucky in May for Krazyfest. Talk about amazing. It was well worth the six and a half hour drive down there. My then fiance and I stayed right in downtown Louisville. It was only a four or five block walk down to the waterfront where the bands played. I saw Saves the Day, Elliott, The Suicide Machines, The Jazz June, Good Clean Fun, AFI, The Juliana Theory.. Ohhhh.. So many others, too. There was also a Klan Rally.. Errghhh.. I went, though. I was fenced in with the rest of the anti-klan people across the street from the courthouse. It was interesting. One hell of an experience. I went to Warped Tour in 99 and 00.. It's sad to say I don't remember a whole lot about the first year I went, aside from almost getting killed when Less Than Jake started playing. Talk about a tough crowd. hehe. I also saw Black Eyed Peas. Wow. They put on such a fucking awesome show. Eminem, too. I can't believe I saw Eminem. Ooooh, and Dropkick Murphys. In 00, I met up with a friend from anti-social.com. His name is Andy, he lives in Toledo, OH. He was tons of fun to hang out with. I watched NOFX, Millencolin, and a coupla other bands with him. He was so fucking hilarious I can't begin to explain it. He even ditched his friends to hang out with me and mine. I just saw The Get Up Kids, Koufax, Jebediah, and The Anniversary on the 12th of October.. I was really impressed with all of them. Alright, so, The Juliana Theory show was a complete success. I shared the experience with two people who mean a lot to me so it was really special to me that they were both there. Thanks, Jeska and Nick. You guys rock. |
