Q: Di, sige, let’s start with ‘in a persoon’ A: Okay, in a person…siguro, ah, what I like is yung, yung…masaya kasama, yung hindi…yung…may mga tao na sobrang feeling kasi e, talaga, e…siyempre marami naman tayong kilalang ganun…marami yung parang feeling na…alam mo yun…feeling sila na…ewan ko, siguro sa the way they were brought up…pero yung mga, alam mo yung mga ganun, strong, very strong ano, minsan di ko kasundo yun, e…yun yung mga dislikes ko. Sa mga likes, yung mga simpleng person lang, masarap kausap…ah…totoong tao. Q: How about in general? A: In general? Likes, siguro, um, I just like things to be simple and…sometimes I like things going my way. Kasi minsan, kung baga pag minsan hindi nasunod yung gusto ko, alam mo yun, parang minsan, parang, ‘uy, baka sunod-sunod na yan, baka things might go wrong, baka dire-diretso na, so, isa yun, I like things going my way. Q: And dislikes? A: Um, I dislike dishonesty. Q: Any hobbies? A: Yeah, I cook, ah…pwede na nga ako mag-asawa, eh. Di, joke. Ahahaha…Um, play basketball, watch movies, play with my computer…tapos, very athletic kasi ako, e, so, mostly sports…bowling, basketball Q: Favorite sport? A: Basketball…I excel in basketball. Recently I won the co-MVP for the star olypics and it’s my first year to join, so, a, champion kami, my first year of joining and, I won the mvp, so that’s a big thing for me. Q: With regards to what you said kanina about not wanting to get married yet…girlfriend? A: I don’t have any right now…awwww, I’m sad…ahahaha. Q: Not really…single life is fun. A: Yeah, but you know, sometimes you get depressed when you’re friends are…all of my friends are mostly in school, so minsan talaga, wala kang kasama…and you know… Q: You get depressed a lot… A: No, not depre-…no, not depressed…parang ano lang…parang nakakalungkot, but you know…I get…coz I was in a six-year relationship na once and after the six-year relationship, I was in a one-year-and-a-half relationship so, sometimes…nandun yung ano, e…you get used to your being with someone, eh right now it’s my first…I haven’t been in any relationship for like, three months, so…but I’m getting used to it, being single and all, and enjoy naman siya…dating…ahaha… Q: What kind of girls do you go for? Good girls, bad girls, naughty ones? A: Good girls (without hesitation). I’m the serious…uh, ako yung tipong ano, eh…mejo…looking for the serious you know…type of relationship. I dunno… Q: Define serious. A: Ummm…long term? Um, not really commited, you know, not just like you’re going to get married, but y’know, you’re serious to each other, you don’t date other guys… Q: Very exlusive. A: Very. Yung ganun. Q: You mentioned getting depressed sometimes…how do you deal with it? A: Sometimes, y’know…a couple of days ago, I called up my friends and I said, ‘Uy, depressed ako.’ Pero y’know, just, just dealing with it…just… Q: How? A: How? I dunno…just don’t think about it so much. Ako kasi positive mind tuwing ano…kung baga, yung patience ko is, like, sky-high, so I don’t get mad easily. So parang ganun. Just…just dealing with it by not thinking about it too much, and just talking to friends on the phone, and just meeting up with them. Yun. Q: You mentioned having friends in school. Are you in school? A: I stopped. Q: Why? A: Coz of showbiz. Q: You were taking up… A: Um, at first I was taking up psychology, and I transferred to management, but I’m planning to go back to psychology because it’s more interesting. It’s more interesting, no? Psychology rather than business… Q: Where? A: San Sebastian. Q: What about psychology did you like? A: Coz at first, wala…I…parang, the study of behavior of people…yung baga kung pano sila kumilos, yung mga gestures nila, you could know if a person is sincere…Yun, that’s one of the three words that I’d describe myself as is sincere. I am sincere. Q: Is there any connection between your like for psychology and your love for acting? A: Wala…ahahaha. Q: If you weren’t an actor, what would you be? A: Maybe, just maybe, okay? A basketball player or a restaurant owner. Q: So are you venturing into any businesses? A: Right now, I’m just earning…Ay, no…I earn para magkaroon ng ganyan…yung para mag-venture into that…nagsasave ako for that. Q: So you’re working for a capital right now” A: Yeah. Q: And what kind of business are you looking into? A: Um, food maybe…just don’t know what kind of food yet. I’ve been talking to friends, but they’re still in school, so, wala pang plans right now. After they finish, bahala na. Q: Friends…it’s been coming up a lot…Favorite topic of conversation with your friends. A: Friends? Wala, e. Anything goes kami, eh. Kahit ano, eh. Making fun of someone if they make mistakes…tapos, um, usually, what happened dun sa asaran na yun or bringing back what happened before…yung mga ganun. Anything goes talaga. Q: Your closest friends – more of guys or more of girls? A: Guys. Q: Define guy talk. A: Um, yan yung kung baga kahit no pwede niyong pag-usapan. Pag walang girl, ha. Kasi pag may girl, ah, ahahaha…medjo pigil na, eh, pero pag walang girl, kahit ano talaga, puwede pag-usapan. It’s very…lahat tini-treat na as in, parang katatawanan. Ganun. Kasi girls yata, intimate mag-usap, e. (I shake my head) Hindi ba? Hindi ren…ahahaha. Q: Pursuing showbiz? A: Yeah. (without missing a beat). I mean, I love the work, I love what I’m doing right now…um, and…that’s the most important thing, eh. Loving your work. If you love your work, parang, your work will love you back. It’s the same thing, y’know. Parang, you don’t have to be serious all the time, so, parang… Q: Ten years from now, where would we see Luis Alandy? A: Still on TV, a, sana movies, winning an award…so that’s all. Ahahaha… Q: So you plan to venture into movies? A: I did a movie before with Judy Ann Santos…May Pag-Ibig Pa Kaya…it’s also with Matet. It’s not my first movie, though, but y’knw, t’was, yun yung first leading ko, first lead role, so…yun. Q: How about print? You do print also? Modelling… A: Print ads, yeah. TV, ay, TV tuloy…yung mga for, for, ano din…pero walang modelling…a hindi ngayon, for Sony. I almost forgot. Q: Favorite aspect of show business? A: Favorite aspect of show business? Mostly kasi nasa TV ako, e, but y’know, I got to experience pano yung sa movies. Um… Q: Which do you prefer? A: Both, e…masarap gawin both. Pero ako, more on the drama type ako, e.
