Semantic Web Gallery
The Semantic Web is an extension of the current web in which information is given well-defined meaning, better enabling computers and people to work in cooperation." Tim Berners-Lee, James Hendler, Ora Lassila, The Semantic Web, Scientific American, May 2001.
The amount of information
The amount of information available both in print and electronic format has grown exponentially over the last decade. With the widespread popularity of online marketing in this new Internet economy, more and more company information is becoming available.
About Calypso Gallery
Image
This site is called Calypso Gallery because it was inherited many feature from Calypso Company. I changed its actual colors, but as I liked how it sounded I kept just the name.
The design has three central columns in which the information can be shown. The interesting feature about this site is that it doesnt use any tables.
Organized and adequately formatted "DIV" tags are very useful!
It wont be too hard to add this theme to a dynamic content site.
I added the site Calypso Gallery page. It has different columns from home page. Such as 1 menu,2 thumbs,1 main,1 info columns. Thumb images will enlarged to click over them.
The design was tested out in I.E 6.0, Firefox 1.0, and must have similar behavior in other browsers.
Ask Jubes

Dear Jubes,
I don't know what to do with my hair. Whenever I'm in the DR it catches fire, and though the rest of me absorbs it, my hair goes up in flames. I look like hell. Isn't there something I can do?
Hothead
Dear Hothead,
Shave your head. The grunge look is in, or whatever. We'll pretend it is, Smokey.
Calender
December 5th, 2004 by Author
I add a little calender to page. To show easy events in month.
Calender should be set as manuel, because it made by just "DIV" tags. Bold means that The day has an event. If you click it to access about more information about that event.
If you have available time to refresh your site every month , it seems to be a good feature.
About Me
Image
My real name is Volkan Uygun and I am very fresh on css designing. I liked Calypso Company page. I took it and change for my photograph sites. I hope Calypso Gallery could be used as it is or as an idea for you to create your own site. I am thinking about incorporating some new CSS formats and some upgrades that might eventually come up. I'll submit the results to OSWD.
If you have the chance, I would like you to visit my sample page on UygunFotograf site.
Home and gallery pages of the Calypso Gallery are validated as XHTML 1.0, CSS and JS. Thank you for idea Oscar Reyes.
