Clauses of Condition

 

IF Type I: Present: Real Condition: If + present simple {V1+(s/es)}, future simple(will+V1).
IF Type II: Present: Unreal Condition: If + past simple(V2), past future simple(would+V1).
IF Type III: Past: Unreal Condition: If + past perfect(had+V3), past future perfect(would have+V3).

 

Directions: Make conditional clauses from the information in the following sentences. You may add or delete word or words as necessary.

1. Rice usually gets sticky when you out too much water in it.
