ABOUT PLAYSTATION NATION
Playstation Nation was founded in summer 2005 hopes of being the premier Playstation-related fan site on the Internet. In order
to achieve this, the staff of PSN shall strive for up-to-the-minute news coverage and exclusive content, all presented in a non-biased manner.
All of the Sony platforms will be covered, from Playstation 2 and Playstation Portable, to the next-generation of gaming with the PS3.
Amidst these pages, you can be sure to find informative previews of upcoming titles, and honest, in-depth reviews for the games that matter to Playstation gamers, and even those
niche titles that deserve attention.
We here at Playstation Nation will work to make the site the go-to place for gamers, even if they don't own Sony consoles.
That's where the community comes in. PSN has a message board where members can chat about gaming, other platforms, and everything else, and our members
will reap the benefits of a smart, crazy, and enjoyable forum. So even if the site doesn't satisfy, swing by the boards and join our community.
It's not just a fansite, it's a nation. Playstation Nation.

Ratings Breakdown
Wondering how our review system works?
Need an explanation about the difference between a 5 and a 6? Then read on...
10: Absolute brilliance; a rare and special score given only to the upper echelon of games. No game is flaweless, but a 10 game represents the
pinnacle of game design, the best the gaming world has to offer. These are the rare kinds of games that will have you popping the disc in months, even years, later.
9: Incredible; games that get a 9 rise above the rest to offer an engaging and overall fun experience. These games have a few things holding them
back from flawlessness, but not enough to really dampen the experience. A must-purchase.
8: Great; these games come strongly reccomended, and worth, at the very least, a rental. A game that scores in the 8s has some shortcomings, yet still comes off as an exciting adventure.
6.5 to 7.5: Satisfactory; If a game scores in this range, it is for the most part, an average game. However, these games do have one or two qualities that make
them rise above the crowd, but not too far. Rental reccomended.
6: Average; games that fall into this category are AVERAGE. This means they offer nothing that you haven't seen before, but are still a decent playing game
in case you are really bored. These titles will only interest die-hard fans of the genre, everyone else should just stay away.
5 and below: Garbage; from here on down, it's just a matter of how much of a failure the game is. The lower the score, the farther away you should be from
this game if you see it on shelves. Games like these make you question the sanity and sobriety of the developers who made them. Stay away.
0: Total sewage; If any game is unfortunate enough to recieve the lowest score possible, treat it like you would a chemical weapon. Light it on fire, dump it in a bag, and chuck
it into the river. A 0 game has absolutely no redeeming qualities and must be avoided with your life.
Awards
Any game that scores a 9.0 or higher gets our Quality Gaming award. Any game lucky enough to be bestowed the award should be placed high on your latest purchasing lists. A sure sign of quality.
