WHAT'S NEW ON PSME

Congratulations to the PSME UNC Student Winner!

Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME) UNC- Student Unit won 3 gold medals for the recently held Inter-Offs IV last February 7-10, 2001. Vic Peque�a led the troup by winning the Dart Competition, Marlon Cielo for the Chess and Junnie Siguenza for the Arm Wrestling Competition.

Seminar on Ref and Air-con

Seminar on Refrigeration and Air-conditioning was hosted by group last February 6, 2001 at the Seminar Hall. This seminar aims to help the members to gain more knowledge in the different filed that were going to involve on. The said seminar was conducted by Mr. Herbert Burabod, a lecturer on RAC at TESDA in Pili. After the said seminar, certificate of attendance was awarded to the participants.

PSME PLANT VISIT
PSME-UNC Student Unit will had a plant visit at the Darit Mini-Hydroelectrc Plant which is located in the Town of Buhi. This was held last March 6, 2001 that's a half day only. Most of the participants are graduating students together with the ME Dep't. Head, Engr. Eduardo A. Calzo.
