PSME Industrial Plant Tour 2001
I can say that the PSME Tour is successful which held from February 21-24, 2001. We composed 43 participants, 23 of which are graduating together with Engr. Manuel Balaquiao our adviser and Engr. Eduardo Calzo as the ME Department Head.
February 20, 2001 we departed from Naga at 9:30 p.m. and at 6:00 a.m. we arrived at Bennel's Dorm, dDedios Street, Sta. Mesa, Q.C. which we were about to stayed until tour ends. And Sir Danny from Odyssey Tours welcome us, were he will be our tour guide.
DAY 1
After arriving we took our breakfast at 6:30 a.m. by 7:00 a.m. it's time to go to San Fernando, Pampanga where Daiken-Alen is located. By 9:00 a.m. we reached the plant. After a short briefed we inspect the plant. They were responsible for assembler and manufacturer of ALENAIRE which is the Aircondition whether it is outdoor or indoor type. After the tour ended, they treated us for free snacks. And that's the first plant visit ended.

We now took the ride going to Angeles City to visit the Wing Commander which is located in Clarkfied, Pampanga. 11:30 we arrived the Wing Commander and we was welcome by some of the officials. Capt. Capelo give us a little bit history of the site. It was founded on May 21, 1945 as a service groups (PACC). It is authorized by the AFP for the maintenance and repairs of the equipments of it. When the brief ended, we inspected one by one.
I can tell you that it's good to be there.
