I am not a professional chef schooled in the art of Mexican cuisine, but I do know what I like.
On this page you will find links to my favorite recipes. But a word of caution.
Most of what I like falls into that 'HOT and SPICY'category.
So you may wish to tone it down a little bit.
When I cook, I do not necessarily follow a recipe that is written down in front of me. Most of what I cook is just off the top of my head because I have made it so many times before. So I will just 'wing' it as best I can. That reminds me... not to forget my Chicken Wing recipe! I hope you see something you like. And if you wish to send me your favorites it would be appreciated.
