I will now give you a exercise to build up your psi energy.

Dice game This exercise is called the dice game. For obvious reason's you will need a die or dice to do this with.
Material's you will need?

-- two people...one subject, one experimenter
--1 die, or if you want more challenge to this add more dice to it
--1 cup or something to shake it with
--and a record sheet {posted below exercise}
How to use the material's?

the procedure-- Decide who goes first, with a game of janken.
                       pick the target number and write it down on                            the left hand side of the record sheet.
                        The experimenter drops the die and the                                    subject uses his mind to drop the target                                   number pointing up. this exercise should be                            done up to 10 times per number {6 numers,                           60 times} for reliable results of the exercise.
