| Two little geordie boys who grew up in council houses in Newcastle, are now moving into Millionare street! Let's dig a little deeper........(into their pockets!) hee-hee! I meant the story! Well, Ant & Dec have quit their BBC 1 show Freinds like these. The BBC are upset at this as it has been one of their biggest succsess drwaing in an audience of 7 million every week. A spokesman said "Negotiations over the proposed third series of Friends like these broke down because of an unavalibility problem. It's a real shame they are leaving us. We'd like to wish them all the best. Friends like these will continue with new presenters." And I can revel that the new presenter will be none other than the football star Ian Wright. But how does all this make Ant & Dec very VERY rich? Well, since Ant & Dec quit BBC 1, they've been to see ITV with a new idea. ITV loved it and lapped them up for the bargin price of 1 million pounds! An ITV spokesman said " We're thrilled to be cementing our relationship with Ant & Dec. They've got a brand new idea and they wanted to do it on ITV." They quit the BBC once in 1996 after they refused to back up they're idea of The Ant & Dec show. But now I'm gonna say they're permentaly in favour of ITV! Now this is just a journalist's romour so don't expect it to be true. But keep a look out for any dimand rings! |
