0. a) First version:
In september 2001 we made this new site and, end of november, the new 16-line presentation text explaining the "planetary emergency peace" discovery to engineers (and asking them to either refute or use it). Here it is, ready for printing (black) on green papers and hanging out:

revolutionary discovery for all free engineers on Earth wanting peace:
The 'planetary emergency peace' system
Scientifically, the problem of true planetary peace has an obvious solution:
Make a new state with three logically unavoidable constitutional principles:
Peace, freedom, equal right on reproduction (for our life space is limited).
These constitutional principles we call: 'planetary emergency peace' system.
They are unavoidable because they are peace will and two consequences of
it:
Whoever refuses one of these three principles lacks peace will or coherence!
With such people the peaceable of this planet will never live in true peace.
They should therefore leave them: Make their own state and get independence.
To realize this state for all peaceable, this constitution must be proposed.
As nearly all human beings prefer living in peace, it will be a big success.
The politicians who will fail to support this solution are just sick people.
The peaceable of this planet won't listen to them anymore once they know
it.
All this is obvious, so true global peace has obviously never been proposed.
But when the engineers of this planet spread this discovery, it will happen.
This is the 'emergency planetary peace' discovery and it is 100% scientific.
If we neither use nor refutate it, we loose any right to complain about
war.

Scientifically, the problem of true planetary peace has an obvious solution:

1. Museum
Maybe we will put later - right now, we don't have much
time for the museum - on this site details from our previous vain attempts
to find refutation or support for our peace concept: From "anarchist" or
"pacifist" celebrities and internet addresses, from Eupen population, Eupen
administration, belgium king, foreign embassies in Belgium, local press
and radio, and many other people: The result was always the same: Some
insufficiently reflected objections, at best, then silence. No discussion.
Taboo topic. Neither refutation nor support. Stupid, sheepy silence.
Stupid, sheepy deadly silence: Scientifically (if indeed
we are right), what happened on 11th september was clearly avoidable: Indifference
is a killer.
2. We ask the engineering universities campus of Aachen (D) and Liège (B)
On 22 and 23 november we went to the local engineering universities Aachen (D) and Liège (B) and put our (first) 16-line presentation text on nice green Din-A4 and Din-A5 papers on their walls, at very good places. But we got only silence from there too. So, on 2nd and 3rd december we added the following yellow and red papers on the green ones, making our notes public abstract art (see photos: close look , example Aachen , example Liège):
We still hope that at least one free engineer wanting peace will at last notice and read them, and react: They are not easy to miss and will be followed by more if further ignored... It is now our urgent first duty as citizens and free conscient human beings to find serious refutation or support for the 'pep'-discovery, every avoidable day of/in present barbary being to us an obvious mass crime. To refute (sorry for wrong word 'refutate') the "p.e.p."-discovery (sorry for wrong word order 'emergency planetary peace') means of course to indicate a decisive objectively wrong part in this presentation text. The present silence from all sides has to us no refutational value at all, it rather confirms the (obvious irrefutability and resulting) hotness of this discovery.
Are industrial engineers fitter than university engineers?
Indeed, the 'pep' discovery was made by an industrial engineer candidate,
and maybe it was a mistake to pass over the engineering high scools
in Aachen and Liège (reason: Lack of money)... We will see:

On 19th december, having still not received any reaction from Aachen and Liège universities (except for one unreflected protest letter from Liège university caretaker Michel Lejeune), we started sending a public letter to belgish and german engineering bureaus, high scools and universities. If their reaction should be sheepy silence too (or otherwise unserious), we will feel justified - and even obliged - to take in January 2002 a rougher step. Here is this letter:

Dear engineering bureaus, high scools and universities!
In Aachen
and Liège engineering universities, an important thing is happening:
A revolutionary
scientific discovery of highest importance is being published.
It is
so revolutionary and so important that until now no one has answered it.
This
is an earnest problem for us, the publishers, as we must fear repression.
We
therefore ask you to either give us refutation or join the publishing work.
If you
do neither one of both (= confirmation), we will of course go on alone.
Seeing
what we have already tried, our next lonely step will be a rougher one.
As we
strongly wish to avoid such a step, please do answer seriously and fast!

We began on 19th december with the belgish business phone book (Pages d'Or), including subject-related non engineering high scools, taking only e-mail addresses (cost!). On 20th dec. we mailed to an e-mail-address-search-result (search word: Ingenieur), just changing the letter opening to "Dear peaceable free engineers of this planet!". After this, we did nothing for a while, then, on 31st december, we sent an improvised e-mail to a german engineer found on a spontaneous search: Mr. Prof. Dr. Gerhard Banse.

to our help request mail from 19-31th december 2001 confirms us:
Our discovery
is too hot for you and you prefer sheepy silence to true peace.
This is
irresponsible, and it allows/obliges us to take our rougher step now.
We have
until now three ideas for this step, and would welcome your comments:
- send a bio-attack-letter, to remind you tthat war is a nasty reality.
- put sheep on the walls of Aachen and Li&aamp;ège engineering campus
walls.
- sue you in court, for non-assistance to ((many!) persons in distress.
We are
sorry to take such a step, but even more sorry for the weeks you lost.
If some
of you now give us refutation or support, we will cancel these steps.

Results until now: We are now very slowly preparing
the rougher step, still hoping that some responsible reaction will make
such a step unnecessary.
4. We make a special "sex-subpage" for this site, and present it to peace/sex-related newsgroups
On 4th january 2002, while we were thinking about how to obtain refutation or support certainly and fast from a public apparently so inhumanly sick, our friend Olli Hess phoned to tell us a way to reach many people at once, though not directly subject-related: Sex-related messages in newsgroups. We made (and took it off for Brigitte on 1st august 2002) a special "planetary emergency peace"-Sex-page and sent its url without comment (Subject: The "planetary emergency peace"-Sex-page) to about 327 pacifism/libertarism/engineering/sex newsgroups... The only technical problem was our lacking really adequate pictures (We respect the Islam as the best faith-based religious system we know), but the sex-subpage invites the visitors to complete that inadequately incomplete presentation...
On 8th january, we registered our site (Home) to a webcounter: To see the statistic, just click the sweet pale little icon at our Home).
Also on 8th january, having received no reaction at all to our e-mail address, we repeated the procedure with another, hopefully better, subject text (~:-x soft c-sex ~;-o no§), for about 115 newsgroups from the same list as before.
Results until now: Not ONE reaction: We're not too
surprised, just desperately dissappointed, to which we're used... Shame
on all those responsible: Our webcounter shows there have been a few hundred
visitors... but all silent ones! Please don't play dumb: We will
make another little spamming, if necessary!
5. We ask the <<best>> radio station in our region known to us: Eins Live (106.5 MHz)
On 7th january 2002 morning, having still got no reaction at all to our many attempts to find refutation or support, while having breakfeast, we listened to our prefered radio station, "Eins Live". We both appreciated, as usual, their fit & cool critically humourous style. Then Martina went to work, and Patrick wondered what to try else now... "Fuck!" he thought, "I want to write to Eins Live", and wrote and sent the following e-mail:

6. We ask the german artist Konstantin Wecker and his web site's forum
We've both been knowing and appreciating Konstantin Wecker for years, but never tried to contact him (too famous man). He has produced some very good pacifist-revolutionary songs ("Revoluzzer", "Im Namen des Wahnsinns", "So muss es sein", ... ), which by the way you can all read (in german) at his site www.wecker.de, and he is well-known and actively engaged down here. Mr. Wecker's public as well as he himself should normally be interested, we thought. Engineers or not: Anybody wanting peace and thinking logically should be able and willing to understand and react (be it with questions at first: welcome!).
On 19th january 2002, having still got no reaction at all to our many attempts to find refutation or support, we checked the web for Konstantin Wecker's site, and found it immediately... And it was a very well-made site, even... With a forum for Wecker fans... Perfect! All other famous artists we tried to contact in the past haven't replied: We were just one mail among too many. But when an artist's internet forum confirms our help request, it should be put through to him/her. The forum also allows to first optimize the text/concept before bothering the famous man. You can best check the forum there at his site www.wecker.de/forum.html. If you do both understand german and want peace, Konstantin Wecker's site is really worth visiting!
End of january, we also sent Mr. Wecker one of our beautiful handmade p.e.p.-T-shirts: His webmaster gave it to him on 2nd february...
Results until now: Forum engaged!!!! After two weeks of complete silence there, we got angry: We refused to let this precise forum stay silent, and accused them of not being able to make peace... They objected, but without arguments others than formal, so we objected their objections... Then somebody asked for us to be excluded from the forum, which we protested vehemently against... Then (12th february) Konstantin Wecker himself put in a word, defending us, and the tone on the forum suddenly changed to sensible... then again silent, after a time: They are sheeps, but still they're our best address... Pity! Check Yourself, it's become a lot of reading stuff meanwhile, but we keep holding on. Of course.
Konstantin says he doesn't well understand our concept but considers us worthy of communication. Well: We theoretically have what Konstantin and friends theoretically need to reach their goal (=True peace and freedom for all people on Earth wanting that). So, if we're right, Konstantin will theoretically join (as soon as he'll see it)... and what that means, if we're right, is as unbelievable as clear: True planetary peace in a few weeks (at least the p.e.p.-poll, not the... juridical consequences), the "big laughter shaking this planet, and we'll be through" (Sri Aurobindo?):
Come on, dear Wecker fans and forum visitors, and
Konstantin himself: Be coherent and either refute or support p.e.p ! We
don't bite (Short german videoclip

wrecks who - before (maybe!) recovering - absolutely need to pass over
their important message to the right people (who understand and want to
spread and better publish it), thus starting the "great laughter", an avalanche
of... "wake ups" taking all peaceable (unless it be refuted, of course)
of this planet, a big "emperor's new clothes 2002"...
7. We ask the german denkmal-nach-forum
At www.denkmal-nach.de, we found another apparently well-suited site and forum for our subject, but soon we had to notice that they only pretended to be intelectually serious people, but in fact were just lousy hypocrits. Pity, the place looked so well! We posted at their subforums "Eine Welt" (pep) and "Über diese Site" (idea voting), and You can read it all there Yourself: They're unfit. We will slowly forget them.
8. We ask our small hometown (Eupen) again
On 26th august 2002, we finally decided to make our announced (notbremse- and wecker-forums) poster-action in our small and beautiful hometown (and "east belgium's capital", by the way!), Eupen:
We hung out, with glue (like in Aachen and Liège, see chapter 2) 18 DIN-A4 plus 20 DIN-A3 black-on-green sheets (download original .doc file here) in Eupen streets during the night of 26-27th august, offering 500 Euro for refutation of the (updated) 16-line-text. On the night of 27-28th we hung out some 70 more (corrected version, here), and promptly received a removal-order-and-threat fax from Eupen administration next day. We answered it immediately and, on 28-29th august night, added (Oberstadt only) a copy of both faxes (here's the .GIF or .TIF scannerpicture) to some 15 posters, plus a little red stripe saying "P.S. Jury = Öffentlichkeit: Forum bei www.geocities.com/psaffre" to all posters. If we get no acceptable pep-refutation, which is very probable, next night we'll put some more posters (+ faxes-copies at some places + PS-stripes at all old places, the new posters having the PS-stripe photocopied on them).
Results until now: So, Eupen administration ordered complete and immediate removal and got our answer, plenty of people confirmed to us having seen the poster. We got no questions, remarks, refutation attempts at all until now.
Posters have been hung out by people themselves (We thank all of You a LOT for that !!) at the following places:

We hope to be still free tomorrow to update this site:
If there's no update, a friend (Dirk Bonné) will publish at wecker-,
notbremse- and denkmal-nach-forums what happened to us. We're quite exhausted
and depressed by the standard hypocrisy at wecker- and denkmal-nach forums,
and other places: They're all theoretically perfect sites/places for the
pep-discovery, but all fail to be sufficiently honest, so now we take this
rougher step at Eupen, hoping that at last somebody will
wake up.
On Sunday 1/9/2002 I (Dirk Bonné) got a letter in my mailbox of
Patrick and Martine. Their letter told me that they had enough and that they
both had killed themselves during the night somewhere in the forest near
Eupen. With the letter there 500€ was included. They asked me to convey following
information (I quote):
"We regret to be unable of holding on, but we consider our job done,
and wish to leave now***. Still, before we go we've replaced most of the
many faxes-copies taken off Yesterday by unknown people at Eupen-Unterstadt
and we've used clear paint, not glue, to make them a little harder to take
off again. Eupen-Oberstadt didn't take them off so we didn't need to insist
there: fairness pays... Now that we're gone, You, reading this, are free
to use or not use our "pep"-discovery, and we do care. and hope you will make the right decision about it.

PPS: In fact, Yesterda night, after "paintwork" we went to the forest and had a perfect
suicide... except that the drug used was perished/too old and didn't do anything
(nearly), so today we have fresh stuff, and enough too. "
Later that day the police found them. Very much drugged but alive. The medicine used didn't work. A doctor came and had them interned. Patrick is in Lierneux Belgium, and Martina in Ruyff, Belgium.
