First Look: Looks quite impressive. It has all the best bits you'd expect from an RPG plus a few extras. For example there is artwork to be earned for all the different enemies. The better you fight against them, the better the quality of the art. There is more than one ending and, if the turn based fighting of the FF series put you off, then you'll be pleased to know that this has real time combat, either on the same screen or on a different battle field depending on the enemy. It looks to be a refreshing break from all that stats crunching. But, being one of the less popular choices at launch you may find that it is given a lot less shelf space than it deserves. Your bet bet is to rent it, then, if you liked it, buy it over the internet.
