Base
rate = $1.00 per minute

30 minutes = $30.00

add $10.00 for in-home
visits within 15 miles

visits 16 or more miles

Birthday Discounts:
| If you have scheduled an appointment during the month of your
birthday, mention it and receive 50% off the base rate for that visit!!

Insurance Discounts:
| If you have an
insurance provider (ie: BCBS, CIGNA) that offers discounts for massage therapy, 3DU. will
honor that discount up to 25% off the base rate. |
example: 1 hour = $60.00. Applying an
insurance discount of 25%, you pay only $45.00
Professional Discounts:

If you work with
patients in the medical field, you qualify for a 25% professional discount.
