Imagine spending an entire day in bed.  That's what this author did when he wrote "I am not going to get up today!"  This is the story of a little boy who decides that life is not worth living.  He is obviously depressed, and perhaps a bit lethargic.  But I mean, not necessarily, because Tim spends most of his time in bed, and nobody ever accused him of lethargy.  At least not to his face while I was around.

So anyway, in this story a young boy decides he won't go to school, and will instead just hang out and sleep.  Man, I love this story already!  It reminds me of when I was little and I hated life.  I would pretend that everyone was dead and the trees were dead and so were my dog and cat.  Then I would huddle up in a corner and chant "There is no school" over and over again while listening to The Cure.

So anyway, I highly recommend this book!  It will encourage young and old alike to throw off the shackles of an over-demanding society and just sleep.
