It Should've Been Easy Chapter 4: The Way You Want Me To At the after party Rachel introduced Josh to the guys and their dates and in turn Josh introduced her to her to assorted celebrities. They were all enjoying the party. Wanna dance? Josh asked. Yeah! Rachel let Josh lead her onto the dance floor. The two had the night of their lives. Rachel couldnt help but feel that someone was watching her and that they didnt like what they saw. Josh tried his best to keep her mind on him. Every time he smiled, Rachel couldnt help but focus on him and him only. Dan tried his best to pay attention to Robin, but he was preoccupied. He hated to admit it but he was jealous of Rachel and Joshs new fling. He tried to shake the thoughts from his head but he couldnt. It bugged him that he was so jealous. At the end of the night Josh and Rachel exchanged phone numbers. My cell is always on, Rachel hinted. Then I think the ringer will be getting a workout, Josh winked at her. They said their goodbyes and Rachel, the boys, and their dates split. They got on their bus and drove to a hotel for the night. On the ride there, Rachel sighed thinking about Josh. She couldnt wait to hear from him again. The next morning Morning! Rachel chirped. Someones in a good mood today, Jacob observed. Rachel sat at the table the guys were eating breakfast at. Maybe well get the day off, Erik speculated. Im not in that good of a mood, Rachel told him. You guys have to do an interview slash photo shoot today. Ahh, Rach. Its the girls last day with us, Ashley complained. Cant you get us out of it? Dan asked. As much as Rachel wanted to help the guys, especially Dan, she couldnt. Sorry. You need to do this interview, Rachel said apologetically. Well well do what we have to do, Trevor stated. They finished their breakfast and went to their interviews. Rachel watched on to make sure they didnt say anything stupid. They behaved themselves and gave at least semi-intelligent answers. Rachel hoped that the article would be constructive and help promote the new album. After the interview they went to the airport so the girls could go home. Rachel watched as each guy took a turn saying goodbye to his girl. Each was sweet until they got to the last goodbye. Robin was that goodbye. It was nice to see you again, Robin, Rachel told her when it was her turn to say her farewell. Yeah, whatever, Robin said moving past her and back to Dan. Dan hugged her. Bye Robbie. Have a good flight. Ill miss you Danny, Robins flight was called and she left. Dan didnt seem the least bit upset. This puzzled Rachel. She led the boys outside. Each was somber in his own way. Ill buy you dinner, she offered trying to cheer them up. <<< Back | Forward >>> | Love it? Hate it? Let me know!
