Dear Beloved, Friends & Family!
Again, we hope that the Holiday�s Season has indeed allowed all to have a good time and to some degree allowed some of you to rest. We know that in order to rest we need PEACE. We know that peace comes out of love for Our Father in Heaven and His love toward us, for without this personal relationship we can find ourselves in confusion, therefore JOY can be lost in fear. Joy only comes through an understanding of just �What� God is doing in one�s life and if you don�t understand what is happening in the Kingdom of God �On EARTH�, that Joy can be replaced with FEAR.
Now the news is this! This is my last letter or booklet we will send out. We have closed the Ministry of the Stillwater Reserve for reasons I will share later. Having ministered by principles found in the 23rd Psalms, we chose to move into a new and restful thing. Peace does surpass all understanding!

Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
This is our prayer for all, and to hear �all� are finding �Rest� in� PEACE having the understanding of what, when, and how� all things do and are working for the good, for them that love Our Heavenly Father, having been allowed the Grace of God to come to all� through Jesus Christ, and made known to us, all� God�s Love toward �all� in and by the Holy Spirit as we ALL� �Walk in the Spirit!�
Before the year 2004 is over, it may be required of all of us, to understand the deeper meaning of �Walk in the Spirit!�
Galatians 5:16 (KJV)
�This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh�.
Only I would add: More so!
2 Thes. 2:3 (KJV)
�Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition.�
All who will receive this letter regardless of your religious foundations and experience will indeed have these thoughts of how the United States is falling away in its moral standards, falling more and more into secular concepts. Note, I said in the back of your mind because of the time you spend making a living!...
