My Monthly Meal Plans...
1)  For our family, we always eat out with our mothers on Saturdays.  On Sundays, we sit down as a family and eat Pizza and Popcorn.  Yes, the Pizza is processed.  I am working on that problem...
2)  We love pasta, so I add it in twice a week.  Semolina angel hair pasta (low on the glycemic index), fresh tomatoes and ground beef with spices (see Recipes).
3)  I randomly chose Thursday to juggle my meals with shrimp, beef, or pork (these are more expensive meals than chicken, so I spread them out).

My Favorite Meal Ideas...
4) I applied my remaining list of  favorite meals in order through out the weeks in rotation. 
5) I am now able to calculate how much food I will need to purchase each month to cover my evening meals.  Breakfast, snacks, and lunch are fruit, vegetables with or without peanut butter, cheese, and plain slow-cooked chicken breast (add a cup of water, parsley and pepper and cook 6 at a time for snacking.   My Shopping List
