| 1. Bharth Engineering College, Salaiur, Chennai Here I worked for about 1 and 1/2 months. My first teaching career started here with a pay of Rs. 1500/- per month in July 1986. I was teaching Machine Drawing for Mechanical Engineers. The college was running in the Godown of a leadther company at that time. Now this college is situated in Selayur, chennai. |
| 2. Crescent Engineering College, Vandalur, Chennai- 48 I got a job here for I was searching for growth and stable employment. I joined Crescent on 24-9-1986. Professor T.V. Balasubramnian, offered me a job in Mechanical Engineering as lecturer. I was promoted to Senior Lecturer and later transferred to MBA department. I could reach up to Assistant Professor in Department of Management Studies. This college is a very good college to grow and serve the society. I pray that this college live long and the people here are the people who know the meaning of life. I was grateful to all those here who worked with me. This college gave me an opportunity for me to bring out my talents. |
| 3. Caledonian College of Engineering , Muscat, Sultanate of Oman When I wanted to finish my house, I searched for money. I searched for a job abroad. I got an opportunity to work in Muscat. This college is a good college. But there are some bad elements who stay here for want of money and spoiled my career and growth. There is a good Principal, came from Scotland, a talented administrator Mr. Nizamuddin. the team really do well for the growth. But I was unfortunate to continue without my family there in Muscat. |

| 4. Vel Tech Engineering College, Avadi I joined this college in August' 2001 and left in February' 2002. I was offered the Professor post in MBA Department. Later I assumed charge as HOD of the department. I could work here for about 6 months only. I have proved my merit as Professor and Head to my students and fellow staff members. The students were very sad while I decided to quit the college for reasons of poor academic environment and poor respects for teaching community from both management and administration. "One can not achieve the heights and dreams, unless there is a definite way and committed to spend for that. Every one will look for their share, when you don't pay you will be ditched at any time". " One can not like or dislike his /her employees, simply because someone else in the market can come and work for a lower salary than the present employee, for it is the duty and the result on the satisfaction on service to the customer and the agreed contract alone counts. If any one deviates from the contract, on his word, he loses his respect." " Beware don't surrender your certificates to anyone " . "Respect Human Rights and Freedom." Thanks to the loving students and their farewell speech given by them. Sorry I could not continue and complete the duties due to them. Fault lies somewhere. |
