| 5. MGR Engineering College Dr. MGR Engineering College, located in Maduravoyal, has one MBA department. When I t was aiming to get Deemed university Status. I was invited to work here. Mr. good friend Mr. A.V. Pandiyan , Asst., Professor introduced me to the owner. I could stay here for about 6 months only. The old man, named Mr. Rengasamy was running the department in a dirty mannner. He was sick, he use to sleep for at least for 5 hours in the office, leaving the students no opportunity to acquire any knowledge . It is the fate of the land to hold such people as burden, who come to teach sleeps and neglects their duty. I was here from 7-2-2002 to 30-8-2002 |

| 6. Aringar Anna Institute of Management In this college I got an offer. But I only offered by profile to obtain the approval from Madras, University. Thanks to Dr. Prabhu, who offered me good words and gestures and motivated me when I was under depressed mood. |
| 7. Hindustan College of Engineeing , Padur, Kelambakkam. I worked in this college for about one year. I learned a lot in this college. Mr. Anand Varghese and Mr. Ashok Varghese were my boss. I was the MBA- Program Coordinator. The college possess wonderful infractures of international standards and it can overcome any kind of troubles from environment. It is a good place for the students to learn and as well to get spoil themselves. It is the place, where students can enjoy their life and cultivate a good life style. Here only I experienced a friend turns out to be an enemy for he fears that I will take away his position. An attender filed a false case against me and one Personal Officer was running the HR department as like a police station. Later, by God's grace she was out and many workers are breathing air, without any trouble. But it is sad to note that almost all people in the top positions, blindly believe their men, inspite of their lying to the core and do all misdeeds against humanism. One should keep 'Good Deeds' as their first priority and can keep money as the second or equal in their list. I was sad to come out of this college. Let the enemy eat it, I am not willing to work as a teacher to earn a piece of bread. |
