-----Something that isn't easily found in Premeire is making a fish-eye effect. In ulead, this EASY to do, but premiere involves a few more steps. Keep in mind, computers can never beat the real thing. If you have the means to get yourself a fish-eye lense, by all means get it.
---------------Before---------------------------------------------After

Step 1: Selecting the Effect
Click in your Effects window, expand Video Effect, then Distort. Click and drag the Sphereize effect to the clip you wish to add the fish eye to. See below

Step 2: Adjusting the controls
If it isnt open already, click Window->Effects Controls
So we now have our effects controls in front of us. Expand the Sphereize effect. You will see diameter, and center of sphere.

Now first off, I shot this in NTSC DV, so that makes my footage a resoloution of 720x480. For the center of sphere, we want to set it to the exact middle of our footage. Simple, 720/2=360, 480/2=240. We have our center. Setting the radius to 300 for me produces the best results. This is just me, if you were shooting analoge, your resoloution would be 320x240. Your center would be 160x120 and a diameter of 150. But this is just my preference, change it as you feel the best.
