So you came here to know about me. I am not making a weblog, i wish my creepy x girlfriends would quit asking. Anyone who updates theirs every 4 hours truly has too much time on their hands.
Who are you exactly?
I am 18 years old, live in Cleveland Ohio, I attend Tri-C West, then off to Cleveland State. I have a wonderful girlfriend whos very supportive in the many things I do, especially if she doesnt understand them.
What kind of computer do you use for this stuff?
Computer 1
Not just one. I built a dual AMD athlon rig, dual 1.4 ghz CPUs, 512 ECC server ram, Gigabyte GA-7DXPDW motherboard, a buttload of hard drive space, SiS Xaber video card (its crap, anyone want to trade?) dual 17" CRTs, although sometimes i need tripple monitors. This computer will be watercooled soon, all DIY parts. Runs windows Xp pro, SP1 (Sp2 sucks) andYoper 2.1. I get next to no lag in all my applications, and in most cases above realtime renders to the MiniDV codec.
Computer 2
My second computer, and the one i use to write this site, is a G3 Mac with 384MB ram, and a 10 gig hard drive. Nothing too hi-tech. My photography teacher gave it to me, and a ton of stuff for it. I crammed osx.2 on there and away i went.
Computer 3
Some dell optiplex POS. 400 mhz, 256 MB ram, Sometimes i use it to host this site, and for sharing files, but at the moment I'll let geocities deal wth me.. Runs windows 98, SuSE linux 9.1.
I am contemplating on upgrading the dually, or just saving up for a new shinny mac.

Really simple. First I used to use Ulead for all my projects. I had no troubles, but I wanted something more professional, well known, and more importantly, make use of plugins. So, I switched to Adobe Premeire Pro 1.5. Can't do sabers in that, and i spent hours trying to figure out how to do them in Adobe After Effects. So once i figured that out, i redid it in Combustion. People out there in one way or another get these huge powerful apps, and dont know how to use its simple features. Anyways, my bro wanted a saber in his german video, Ben's Weiner Hause, and I was stuck, and had to go it alone. So I'm hoping i help others in a similar situation.
Random stuff
Pretty much what I do is watch part of a movie, and sit down and ponder how can I do that? Normally I stay away from props, so 3DSmax is my savior. I hope someone finds my creativity through this site and maybe gives me a shot workin with them. Currently I am set to do special FX for Vamping You Productions this summer.
