Shipping

All orders will ship out within 24hrs of receiving payment.  You will receive an email from us if there is any type of delay in the processing of your order.  Please keep in mind, as per UPS and the USPS, shipping is based on �business days� of the week.  Saturdays, Sundays, and most holidays are not considered business days.  If you feel there is a problem with delivery please contact us via email.  We will do everything in our power to investigate your request.

At this time if you wish to use an alternate delivery: Next Day, Second-Day & Three-Day Air service you will need to contact us via email with your address so that we can email you back with the shipping charges.  Please note at this time probodybuildingusa.com only ships within the continental USA.

Ultimately, we will choose the lowest cost carrier for your order at our discretion at the time the order is ready to be shipped.  Most shipments will be delivered within 1-5 business days, although this is no guarantee.  We make every effort to have your products shipped and delivered in the least amount of time.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  Please provide complete shipping information.  We are not responsible for inaccurate information.

Tracking

You will be emailed once your item has shipped.  If it was shipped UPS you will be provided with a Tracking Number to check the status of your shipment.

Returns

You must email us during normal business hours for a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit. We do not allow any nutrition bars to be returned for credit.  We suggest you refrigerate all chocolate products as soon as you receive them.  A valid return authorization number must be on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 10 days. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.

On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to return it.

In case of hidden shipment damages, please do the following:

Keep the damaged product in its original box with the packing material.  Email probodybuildingusa.com within 24hrs of receipt of the shipment with the invoice number and product name.  We will notify UPS and UPS will pick up the damaged product and return it to us. 

Muscletech Returns Policy

Consumers must contact Muscletech Customer Service directly since Muscletech does not allow the return through the retailer.  You must first call Muscletech consumer line at (800) 246-3261 during business hours (E.S.T.) and speaking to the Customer Service Representative.

ProBodybuidlingUSA.com will not be responsible for any undamaged merchandise once our carrier confirms delivery.  Any parcels that are lost after delivery are the sole responsibility of the consumer and any claims for lost product after delivery will have to be filed directly with the carrier.
