the gothicparents stortroopers project

every big project comes from someone saying 'i have an idea' and then hoping that the person who had the idea is willing to follow through on it. i was the one with the idea...

I had an idea.

Actually, it isn't just my idea.  It's also from Aramanthe.

There's this neat site, http://www.stor.co.uk/troopers.php where you can create
these cute little things called storTroopers, which are little cartoon-ish
depictions of yourself.  It's actually kinda neat.

The idea I had was this...because I'm tired and silly...what would anyone here
think about doing these little storTroopers for anyone interested in the group
and then posting them, say on the gothicparents.com site?  I'd even be willing
to host it if no one minded.

Anyhoo...just a thought.  Thoughts?

the saying 'if you have a good idea...don't! you'll get stuck doing it' never at all came to mind... that said, the project begins...

this page'll be updated whenever anyone from the GP list (or any close friends thereof who wishes to participate) sends me a .gif, .bmp, .jpg, or any other readable, postable image file. i'll post them here regularly. please note that there seems to be some sort of 'bug' inherent to the applet (that creates the 'troopers) at the moment that is causing some serious discoloration problems, as can be seen comparing some of the images i have already. hopefully this problem will be straightened out soon-ish and i can post corrected, proper color images (like the top image) soon.
