JU Forum is a website on Jadavpur University. This site is a discussion forum on the various aspects of the university. Created by me as an associate site of www.priyatu.com, JU Forum gives you the voice to tell whatever you want to say about the university. You can say anything you want concerning JU as long as you are a former or current student of JU. The intention has been to create a greater awareness about one of the premier academic institutions in India (JU was declared as one of the five best universities of India, by UGC in 2001) and to give an inside view of the university, something that cannot be had from brochures and catalogues. Although the emphasis is on delivering information, personal experiences are supposed to play an equally great part. Thus JU Forum is intended as a collective college biography.

If you are a student of Jadavpur University, and especially its English Department, you are exhorted to visit the site, read as well as contribute to the site. If you are not a student of JU, you are equally requested to visit the site and broaden your awareness concerning the university.
