Three minutes from campus and on a quiet tree-lined street with ample parking, the apartment is the first floor of a privately owned Victorian house. Features include high ceilings, hardwood floors, an enormous living room, 1.5 bathrooms, dining room, large kitchen, back porch and back yard with free laundry in the basement. Rent is $500 and includes gas, heat and water. You would be sharing with two male graduate students (one in anthropology and one in South Asian Studies). Very cool landlords live upstairs.
