The hotel will be relatively small - 25 to 30 bedrooms - so will be small and select. All guests will be welcomed personally by Miss Tina herself, and then shown to their rooms or suites by a male maid.

Each room will have a separate theme, for example the leather room, the silk room, the victorian room. In each room, the decor, the furnishings, the bed, the equipment will all be "in theme". However, one major difference is that clothes will provided as part of the "room service" so that guests can really get into the theme, for example leather dresses and outfits, leather whips, etc. for the leather room, and so forth. Ideas for rooms are welcome from interested parties.

All guests can bring someone with them to act as their own personal maid - and all the clothes for this will be provided. A separate single bed in a corner of the room itself- or in an alcove or side-room - will be provided. These maids will eat separately from the guests, probably with the hotel staff.

If guests want the services of a personal maid to each room, one will be provided.

Miss Tina is also looking for staff with experience to help Her run the hotel. Although She is now gaining experience as an Assistant Hotel Manageress in a Manchester hotel right now, She will do as little of the work as possible, prefering to entertain Her guests. Therefore, there will eb vacancies for everything from maid to accountant - submissives and males will be especially welcome.
