NARRATOR: Igiwi:I am here because I was trying to escort these people*looks at corpses* to safety...

CIMORENE: *she glances at the bodies, then at the little girl*  What happened?  Is the city being evacuated?

NARRATOR: *melendar is tending to little girl*

NARRATOR: Igiwi:I have been away for some time*shrugs*Why?

NARRATOR: Cale:*to Igiwi*The beacon is lit!

CIMORENE: *she lowers her voice*  The city is about to be besieged by two great armies

NARRATOR: Igiwi:*to cale in surprise*It is?!

CIMORENE: *she nods*  We lit it.

NARRATOR: Igiwi:*surprise to you now*2?

NARRATOR: Melendar:*mutters while he works*The future is uncertain, but it could look brighter...

CIMORENE: The outpost is dead, slaughtered by a deception of the enemy that rides on your city.

NARRATOR: *igiwi's expression is difficult to read*

CIMORENE: We have to get there as fast as we can and warn Mundin that the battle will come on two fronts, and that someone of great power leads them

NARRATOR: Melendar:I did not see the one who I struggled with among them

NARRATOR: Melendar:*slight happiness*So we may have a chance

CIMORENE: I hope so.... Either way, there is nothing more we can do here but burn the bodies and ride like the wind.

NARRATOR: *the girl cries at that*

NARRATOR: Igiwi:*mad*Can we not properly burry them?

CIMORENE: (She's speaking very softly)

NARRATOR: (should have specified)

NARRATOR: (k)

CIMORENE: (I said she was speaking quickly!)

CIMORENE: (quietly)

NARRATOR: (igiwi woud still insist, the girl doesn't hear, though)

CIMORENE: (Thanks)

NARRATOR: (sure)

CIMORENE: *she looks at Igiwi, the pain of her words plain on her face*  More people will die just like these people if we do not use all haste.  The army is only a few days, maybe less, behind us

NARRATOR: Melendar:*quietly to igiwi*There is little time...

NARRATOR: Igiwi:*sad*Very well, I will go and protect the living

CIMORENE: Igiwi.... if I could do more, I would, and you know that.

NARRATOR: *he just sighs*

NARRATOR: Igiwi:There is no time to lose, there is much to be done...

NARRATOR: Cale:*to all*Let us hurry with all speed

CIMORENE: *she nods almost sadly*  I agree... can I borrow someone's cloak?

NARRATOR: Igiwi:*blushes some*Forgive me for looking, but I noticed your..... difficulty with clothing.  You may have my cloak for the time being, but I believe there may be a dress in the cart....

CIMORENE: Would that be all right?  I mean.... the girl....

NARRATOR: *cale quickly goes over to the girl and begins talking to her like a daddy*

NARRATOR: Igiwi:*moves closer to you and talks quietly*I have no idea, what would you do in these extreme circumstances?

CIMORENE: Honestly, if the dresses were to sell, I would pay the girl, if the dresses were her mother's, I would take your cloak

NARRATOR: Igiwi:Very well *hands you his cloak*

CIMORENE: *she nods*  I see.

NARRATOR: *it is brown and dirty and goes to about your shins, you are a tall elf*

NARRATOR: (what do you do with melendars?)

CIMORENE: *she doesn't care about the looks, simply mounts up on Bard with a few quiet words of thanks to Igiwi.  she shakes her hair back and smiles at the little girl*  Would you like to ride with me?

CIMORENE: (The tattered, burned one that I was wearing?)

NARRATOR: (it wasn't burned)

CIMORENE: (It was in tatters then)

NARRATOR: (just saying, what do you do with it?)

CIMORENE: *she glances down at Melendar's poor, tattered cloak and casts a sheepish grin at him*  Sorry about the cloak.... I'll fix it when we get this all over with.  *she presses the cloak into the saddle bag of Bard*

NARRATOR: Melendar:Don't worry about it.  A wonderful idea, I will make you a new purple outfit later.

CIMORENE: *she grins and nods at him*  I would like that.  Now, little one, would you like to ride with me?  *she repeats her questions softly to the little girl, smiling softly*

NARRATOR: girl:*blank expression*uh huh

CIMORENE: *she offers her long hand to the child with a kind smile, and pulls her up on Bard*

CIMORENE: (She's speaking High Elven, by the way)

CIMORENE: (Can the little girl understand her?)

NARRATOR: (no way)

NARRATOR: (sorry i didn't know)

CIMORENE: (I thought not)

CIMORENE: Igiwi....could you please tell her not to be afraid, and that everything will be all right?

NARRATOR: Igiwi:*nods and tells the girl something in giberish*

NARRATOR: (ha you can't speak a language!)

CIMORENE: (yeah yeah yeah)

CIMORENE: *she spurs Bard up, and dashes off into the woods.  After a while, she begins to sing softly to the girl in High Elven, a soft, lovely song about a fisherman*

NARRATOR: (aww)

CIMORENE: (*shrugs*)

NARRATOR: (i have a trouble, my map is gone from the net, site is gone, i'm looking up a new one, wait for me for traveling..  Uh.... formulate a strategy?)

CIMORENE: (I can do better than that)

NARRATOR: (k?)

CIMORENE: (hold on one minute)

NARRATOR: (i'm waiting)

CIMORENE: (Check your email)

NARRATOR: k...

CIMORENE: (this is the map you sent me)

NARRATOR: (k...)

CIMORENE: (And our plan is to ride as hard and as fast as we can to get back to Galtaire, stopping as little as possile)

NARRATOR: (i don't see new mail)

CIMORENE: (I just sent it.... wait....)

NARRATOR: (okay)

NARRATOR: (hopefully i sent you the one i need)

CIMORENE: (hmmm.... well, it doens't have past the Rhun sea anyway)

CIMORENE: (it has nothing east of the Rhun sea)

NARRATOR: (well that is not the right one..)

CIMORENE: (sorry, then)

NARRATOR: (lets guestimate 3 days then)

CIMORENE: (okies)

CIMORENE: (Yea!  I'm Helathy again!!)

NARRATOR: (how?)

NARRATOR: (didn't you take an extra 27 damage without armor?)

CIMORENE: (shit.... never mind)

CIMORENE: (melendar DID heal me though)

NARRATOR: (then again melendar could heal you once each day)

CIMORENE: (true... and I would be healing Melendar and Igiwi and the girl and Cale and the other guy)

NARRATOR: (so you're all looking good)

CIMORENE: (Wonderful)

NARRATOR: (and just in time;-))

NARRATOR: *you all ride for 3 days that are uneventful*

CIMORENE: (Whew)

NARRATOR: (hehehe, i rolled box cars on the third day but realistically what the hell could happen there?)

NARRATOR: (hehe, you'd be like at the city )

CIMORENE: (good point.  Lead on, fearless leader)

NARRATOR: (hehe +1 xp)

NARRATOR: *you arrive at galtaire and see that north(where you came from) there is a storm coming*

CIMORENE: (why?)

NARRATOR: (calling me fearless leader;-))

NARRATOR: *it is about noon*

CIMORENE: *she stares at the clouds*  I dislike the feel of this weather.... let's get inside.  Igiwi, what do we do with the child?

NARRATOR: Cale:I will accompany her.  My task is done and I am but a soldier now...*starts talking to the little girl*Farewell Cimorene and Melendar.  May you live threw this...

NARRATOR: *cale escorts the girl and the other soldier follows*

CIMORENE: *she reaches over and hugs them both tightly*  may the dark times skip your hearts and bodies, my friends

NARRATOR: Melendar:May the Valar protect you

NARRATOR: *they nod thanks to you both and don't seem to get what a Valar is *

NARRATOR: Igiwi:I must warn the Elder of these armies at once

CIMORENE: *she smiles to herself, then urges Bard up the roads to the Tower.  Arriving, she leaps off the horse and rushes inside, being all dramatic like Aragorn*

NARRATOR: (you walk up all the stairs first, of course?)

CIMORENE: (up course.... runs, actually)

NARRATOR: (hehe, cool)

NARRATOR: Mundin:Cimorene?

NARRATOR: *mundin is at his desk looking over a map and gets up to talk to you*

CIMORENE: *She straightens herself*  We have a problem....

NARRATOR: *he waits*

CIMORENE: (Shall I do it all manually, or can I just say I fill him in on everything that happened, leaving out only that she's in love now?)

NARRATOR: (if you wish)

CIMORENE: (sounds good.... it would take another hour probably to fill him in)

NARRATOR: (hehe, okay he doesn't know you two are in love, nor does igiwi)

CIMORENE: (thanks)

NARRATOR: Mundin:*solem face rubs his forehead*This, could be the prophecy coming true.  But how were you to save us then?

CIMORENE: *she shakes her head*  I have no knowledge of prophecy, Mundin. I cannot interpret the words or ideas of the Valar

NARRATOR: Igiwi:*to all*Perhaps we are to be saved by running?

CIMORENE: But Mundin... the attack will come from two sides.  Get the defenseless ones out of here as fast as you can.  *she stops*  We can run, but it will not stop him, if it is truly the other one I have come to find

NARRATOR: Mundin:I tell you I am no wizard, my master i.....

NARRATOR: *mundin has an apiphany*

NARRATOR: Mundin:My master!  I must summon him at once!!

CIMORENE: Your master?  Who's that?

NARRATOR: Mundin:Pallando the Blue

CIMORENE: ........

CIMORENE: (He never mentioned him before)

CIMORENE: (ever)

NARRATOR: (one of the 2 blue wizards radagast told you about)

CIMORENE: (did he?)

NARRATOR: (;-))

CIMORENE: (did he or not?!)

NARRATOR: (he did say that yes)

CIMORENE: (are you sure?)

NARRATOR: (alatar and pallando, both blue wizards)

NARRATOR: (i'm positive, check the transcripts)

NARRATOR: (you asked him who they were)

CIMORENE: (I know that, but did Mundin tell me that Pallando was his master?)

NARRATOR: (i'm not sure)

CIMORENE: (that's what I need to know)

CIMORENE: (hold on)

NARRATOR: (he said he had a master)

CIMORENE:  (Right)

CIMORENE: (nope, he never said that Pallandor the Blue was his master)

NARRATOR: (k, but he said he had one?)

CIMORENE: *she stares at him for a few heartbeats*  Pallandor.... is your master... you're not the wizard I came here for.... I wasn't even supposed to be here!  *she is having her own apiphanies*

CIMORENE: (yes, he said he had one)

NARRATOR: (pallando)

CIMORENE: (sorry)

NARRATOR: (cool, things are heating up)

CIMORENE: *her face has gone ashen*  If I had known.... I would have lef this city the same day I arrived.  I assumed.... oh by all the spirits in the heavens and beyond, THAT'S IT!!!

NARRATOR: *mundin is confused*

NARRATOR: *so is melendar and igiwi*

CIMORENE: *she grabs Mundin's shoulders*  The prophecy!  I wasn't supposed to be here!  Don't you get it?!  I HAD to be here, for the prophecy to work!  The only way for me to be here is if I thought YOU were one of the legendary Blue Wizards!  But you're not, and the Blue wizard is your master!  You're just like me!

NARRATOR: Mundin:*smiles*This is well

CIMORENE: Call Pallando.  We need him here NOW.  The army will be here in less than two days.  We have much to do.  We will fight them.

NARRATOR: Mundin:*serious again*I must go atop to contact my master at once, perhaps he can changer our fortunes

NARRATOR: *mundin leaves room at once and goes up further*

NARRATOR: (you like that laura?)

CIMORENE: *she sinks into a chair, still stunned by her revelations*

CIMORENE: (Am I right?)

NARRATOR: (ya)

CIMORENE: (oh my god.... you planned this whole thing... you KNEW I would assume!  )

NARRATOR: (not really, but it would happen one way or another)

NARRATOR: (you'd meet up with pallando)

CIMORENE: (Wow...... give yourself 50xp for fooling me completely, then let's keep going!!!)

NARRATOR: (oh ya, i knew you'd think it was him)

NARRATOR: (even though he denied any such thing, hehe)

NARRATOR: (continuing)

NARRATOR: *after an hour or so mundin comes back down*

CIMORENE: *is still sitting there, looking shocked, but less so*

NARRATOR: Mundin:*panting some*I have successfully called him.  My master is on his way at his swiftest speed

NARRATOR: Melendar:*smiles*Excellent.  And where is he?

CIMORENE: *she glances over at Mundin*  Wonderful.... but we still have quite a battle ahead of us...

NARRATOR: Mundin:He is in the mountains

NARRATOR: Igiwi:Yes we do, is there any idea how many we are against?

CIMORENE: *she stands very suddenly*  not THIS mountain?  *she points at the mountain they had been on*

NARRATOR: Mundin:No time to talk, Igiwi, marshall everyone you can in the immediate wilds immediately, we will need everyone.

CIMORENE: *she nods*  INdeed.  And the women and children... is there a place they can hide or escape to?

NARRATOR: *mundin nods to igiwi*

NARRATOR: Igiwi:*looks to you now*There is a place far south of here.

CIMORENE: How far?

NARRATOR: Igiwi:A great many miles

CIMORENE: Too far.... the armies will be here soon.  They attack from both sides of the mountain

NARRATOR: Igiwi:If you can hold these armies we can escape

NARRATOR: Igiwi:There are secret ways

CIMORENE: (shoot.... brb)

NARRATOR: (k..)

CIMORENE: (b)

CIMORENE: Speak quicker, Igiwi, you have a job to do

NARRATOR: Igiwi:Paths threw and under the mountains and forests.  I must go, you must trust me

CIMORENE: *she nods at Igiwi*  I trust you, Igiwi.... but you already know that.

NARRATOR: Igiwi:I do.  I must go now*salutes and goes off*

CIMORENE: *she begins pacing*  How many men do we have, Mundin?

NARRATOR: Mundin:*grim faced*Some 2500 or so

NARRATOR: Mundin:There are communities nearby but we could not reach them in time, I think

CIMORENE: *she stares at him*  I don't think that's enough.....

NARRATOR: Melendar:*to mundin*We have to try!

CIMORENE: We need a bigger army..... one that doesn't necessarily have to be loyal to Galtaire.... but one that has much to lose by the armies sweeping through here.... *she looks at Melendar*

NARRATOR: Melendar:*nods happily*I will go back with all speed, I fear I will be too late

CIMORENE: (wait.... go back where?)

CIMORENE: (and why is he happy?)

NARRATOR: (the elves?)

CIMORENE: (ok, just clarifying)

NARRATOR: (k, so that's what you meant right?)

CIMORENE: *she nods*  I think it's our last chance.... but Mundin, will your men accept their help?

CIMORENE: (Yup)

NARRATOR: Mundin:In this situation, I think they would

CIMORENE: Good.... Melendar?  Go.

NARRATOR: Melendar:May the Valar protect you, dearest.  *goes to hold you*

CIMORENE: *she practically throws herself in his arms, kisses him and hugs him hard, whispering in his ear*  If you don't come back safely, I'll come looking for you.  The city be damned, all I care about is you surviving.

NARRATOR: *he holds you tightly and lifts you off your feet a moment*

NARRATOR: *kissing you tenderly and passionately*

NARRATOR: *mundin seems good about it*

NARRATOR: Melendar:Come what may, I will not rest if I cannot find you.  I love you too damn much...

CIMORENE: *she smiles at him tenderly* Go.... and be back as quickly as you can.  You owe me a new dress, remember? *she hugs him again*  Go, love.... go.

NARRATOR: *he nods and goes off like a flash*

NARRATOR: Mundin:And what will you rush off to do?

CIMORENE: *she smiles at Mundin*  I will rush off to find some clothes, then rush back here and await your orders.

NARRATOR: Mundin:*looks at you for the first time and opens his eyes wide*Oh my.  Go get yourself some clothes my dear!  I will wait

CIMORENE: *she nods and rushes down to Igiwi's house, grabbing some of his clothes and belting them on.  She puts one one of his shirts, belts it into a small shirt, and a pair of the smallest black pants she can find*

NARRATOR: (hehe, he has all furs)

NARRATOR: (he's a barbarian)

CIMORENE: (Are you serious?)

NARRATOR: (totally)

NARRATOR: (you)

CIMORENE: (no black pants or regular shirts at all?)

NARRATOR: (you're a fetish girl now)

CIMORENE: (Fetish of what?)

NARRATOR: (nah forget it, it's not like he wears bikinni's)

CIMORENE: (whew)

CIMORENE: (Fine..... *finds a decent fur shirt and breeches and does the same thing*)

NARRATOR: (the furs count as 1 point of armor though)

CIMORENE: (that's cool)

NARRATOR: (k, you look, interesting now, hehe)

CIMORENE: (I look like Kouga from Inuyasha)

NARRATOR: (hehehe, ya)

CIMORENE: *she hurries back to Mundin's tower*

NARRATOR: Mundin:*smiles*Interesting choice of clothes but what does fashion matter now?

NARRATOR: Mundin:Are you prepared?

CIMORENE: (wait.... does CHange Hue work on clothes?)

NARRATOR: (let me look...)

NARRATOR: (clothes, yes)

CIMORENE: (yea!!!)

CIMORENE: *she casts Change Hue on her furs, turning them violet*  Much better

NARRATOR: (10 minutes per point of bearing is how long though)

CIMORENE: (that's all?!)

NARRATOR: (sorry;-))

CIMORENE: (darn it.... never mind then)

CIMORENE: *she smiles at Mundin*  It was all that would fit in Igiwi's house

CIMORENE: I am prepared.  When will your master arrive?

NARRATOR: Mundin:It is difficult to say, if he is on an eagle, it will not be long, if he is on foot; it could be too late

CIMORENE: *she nods*  The tower had a Palantir, Mundin.  Did you know that?

NARRATOR: Mundin:The stone?

CIMORENE: *she nods*  Yes.  It was one the lost Seeing Stones, the Palantir.  The enemy has one as well.

NARRATOR: Mundin:It is for the watch-tower.  Did you recover it?

CIMORENE: (...... that was really really really stupid of me)

CIMORENE: *she shakes her head*  There wasn't time.

NARRATOR: Mundin:*sighs*We can only hope they do not, can you tell Melendar?

CIMORENE: *she shakes her head*  I cannot speak to the winds as some do.

CIMORENE: (How far does Wizard's hand work?)

NARRATOR: (checking...)

NARRATOR: (5 ft per point of bearing)

CIMORENE: (ah)

CIMORENE: (no where near enough for it to work from here)

NARRATOR: (no even close)

CIMORENE: How did you contact your master?

NARRATOR: (NOTeven close)

CIMORENE: (forget the parenthesis)

NARRATOR: Mundin:With my mind

CIMORENE: Can you contact Melendar the same way?

NARRATOR: Mundin:*thinks a moment*It just may work, I must go at once and do so.

CIMORENE: Please try.... * she moves to the window, watching the mountain*

NARRATOR: (wondering if she'll see her pretty elf again?)

CIMORENE: (nope.... wondering how they will all survive)

NARRATOR: (ah, ya that's a big wonder too)

NARRATOR: *another hour, mundin comes back*

CIMORENE: *she turns*  Any luck?

NARRATOR: Mundin:It was not easy, but I got threw to him.  *laughs*He did not even know he could

CIMORENE: *she nods*  There are a great many things that he doesn't know how to do...

NARRATOR: Mundin:I can only imagine

NARRATOR: Mundin:However, he knows to get that stone as soon as he can

CIMORENE: Good.... *she hasn't stopped staring at the mountain*  Mundin.... what about the women and children?

NARRATOR: They are being led out by captain Cale

NARRATOR: (forgot his name)

CIMORENE: Good.... and the other soldiers?  Who is their leader?

NARRATOR: Mundin:Igiwi leads the striders.  Tusek leads the rest, you could say.

CIMORENE: Then we need to see Tusek as soon as possible

NARRATOR: Mundin:He is on the top of the wall preparing defenses.  I could send for him?

CIMORENE: It would be quicker if we went to him.  Would you like to come along?

NARRATOR: Mundin:Certainly*leads you down to the wall*

NARRATOR: (did you want to talk on the way?)

NARRATOR: *about 2:30 pm*

CIMORENE: (not particularly)

NARRATOR: (k)

NARRATOR: *you get to the top of the wall*

NARRATOR: *you see a big strong, handsome looking man in plate mail with weapons strapped all around*

NARRATOR: *mundin calls tusek over*

NARRATOR: Tusek:Elder?

NARRATOR: Mundin:*to tusek*Tusek this is Cimorene, she is here to help and would speak with you.  Cimorene?

NARRATOR: *tusek seems confused but willing to hear you*

CIMORENE: Tusek, this force is much larger than we believed earlier.  They will attack from two fronts

NARRATOR: Tusek:Oh?

NARRATOR: *he looks you up and down once and returns to your eyes*

CIMORENE: An army of men, orcs, and goblins will come at us from both sides of the mountain.  *she cooly ignores his eye rovings*

NARRATOR: (melendar only said men and trolls)

CIMORENE: (sorry)

NARRATOR: (i'll switch that then)

CIMORENE: (thanks)

NARRATOR: Tusek:*looks like he just got punched*This is not well at all...

CIMORENE: Yes.  Igiwi has been sent to fetch the striders, and we have sent an ambassador to the elves of the mountain.

NARRATOR: Tusek:I can try to station some in the back but where?  Archers on the tower?  Where would they come from?  *looks to the mountain*There is no passage I know of

NARRATOR: Tusek:So we may have reinforcements then?  That adds some hope

CIMORENE: They will come around the mountain, not through it.

NARRATOR: Mundin:That is impossible unless he wants to go hundreds of miles.  No there must be a passage up there somewhere we know nothing about.

CIMORENE: (Wait, are they talking about the elves?)

NARRATOR: (no, he's talking about the army)

CIMORENE: (ok then)

NARRATOR: (mundin is guessing there must be a secret passage)

CIMORENE: I do not know, my lords.... but this army is led by a poweful magician

NARRATOR: Mundin:The blue anger himself?

NARRATOR: Tusek:Luin Ruth?

CIMORENE: *she nods*

NARRATOR: Mundin:This may be the breaking of Galtaire

NARRATOR:  Tusek:  Elder, do not be troubled.  With Tusek of Galtaire in commnand we cannot lose

NARRATOR: *tusek folds his arms*

CIMORENE: Galtaire can be rebuilt, but not without her people.  They are her heart, blood, and bones.  If the women and children are safe, Galtaire still has a chance... *she casts a slightly withering glance at Tusek*

NARRATOR: Mundin:Of course.  Let us hope my master arrives before they do.

NARRATOR: Tusek:I will have some men scout out where this passage could be, it must be sealed or prepared for in some way

CIMORENE: Have them hurry.  We cannot afford to wait long...

NARRATOR: Tusek:I will have them now*walks off without another word*

CIMORENE: *she raises an eyebrow at him*  Agreeable fellow, isn't he?

NARRATOR: Mundin:*half smile*He is full of vigor, but he worries me.

CIMORENE: Why does he worry you?

NARRATOR: Mundin:He may be overconfident and do something stupid

NARRATOR: Mundin:And there is the danger that another demon is among us

CIMORENE: *she shrugs*  It may be.... but we will have to do the best we can, unless you have someone in particular that has been acting strange

NARRATOR: Mundin:No one in particular

CIMORENE: *she nods again*  I think you need to rest, Mundin.... two spells like that in two hours is a strain for anyone.

NARRATOR: Mundin:I suppose....

NARRATOR: Mundin:and what will you do shadow of the west?

CIMORENE: *she grins a little*  I shall go to Igiwi's and rest, as well as find myself some decent armor or some new robes

NARRATOR: Mundin:*smiles*Probably best, we cannot have our soldiers distracted by your femeninity

CIMORENE: *she chuckles*  You need more elves around here, friend.  *she waves as she moves off towards Igiwi's*

NARRATOR: (laura what spell enhancer did you have?)

NARRATOR: (wizards?...)

CIMORENE: (Wizardly power and Spell Method Specialty)

NARRATOR: (so if you sing the spell your clothes would be violet longer)

NARRATOR: (hour and a half)

CIMORENE: (wait... I didn't take the singing.  I took the type, remember?  Sorry.  I have storm and air specialty)

NARRATOR: (oh okay)

NARRATOR: (forget it)

CIMORENE: *she looks around the small cabin for a robe of any kind, simply to get out of the furs for a bit*

NARRATOR: (she doesn't like furs eh? hehe)

CIMORENE: (nope)

CIMORENE: (she's an ELF)

NARRATOR: (observe check)

NARRATOR: (lol!)

CIMORENE: (16)

NARRATOR: *after a lot of searching you find a comfort robe of his, it is weaved fairly well.  It is a silk fabric*

NARRATOR: *a blue silk*

CIMORENE: (heeheehee)

NARRATOR: *it obviously is not his, but he got it some way*

CIMORENE: *she dons the robe and lies down on a pile of furs or a pallet to meditate*

NARRATOR: (it's just a robe, robe, though)

CIMORENE: (That's fine)

NARRATOR: (k)

NARRATOR: *you mediatate*

NARRATOR: (you don't have foresight )

NARRATOR: (sorry)

CIMORENE: (nope)

CIMORENE: (I don't dream, right?)

NARRATOR: (nope, you haven't for some time now)

CIMORENE: (Good)

NARRATOR: (ever since you and melendar went off)

NARRATOR: (oddly...)

CIMORENE: (hmmmm)

CIMORENE: (On we go then)

NARRATOR: (1 hour meditation?)

CIMORENE: (yup)

NARRATOR: *you get up*

NARRATOR: *i'ts about 4:30*

NARRATOR: *nah, 5*

CIMORENE: *she yawns and stretches, reaching for her staff*

NARRATOR: *staff is waiting for you, powerful staff....*

CIMORENE: (whew)

NARRATOR: (hehe)

CIMORENE: *she clambers around the room, looking for something other than furs*

NARRATOR: (like what?)

CIMORENE: (Anything, honestly)

NARRATOR: (k)

CIMORENE: (Shirts, pants, anyting not made of fur)

NARRATOR: *you see bathroom supplies*

CIMORENE: (.....)

NARRATOR: *looks as if he's almost been brought up wearing furs?*

NARRATOR: *there is a spear on the ground*

CIMORENE: *she almost growls in frustration*

NARRATOR: *a cape too, a fur cape*

CIMORENE: *she glances down at the blue robe, then thinks for a moment about simply making that into a tunic of some sort*

CIMORENE: I wonder if Igiwi would be mad at me

NARRATOR: (your call)

NARRATOR: (craft check)

NARRATOR: (you have no idea)

CIMORENE: *in the end, she simply puts the furs back on and sets the robe aside.  She heads for Mundin's tower again*

NARRATOR: *he's in there sleeping*

CIMORENE: *she smiles at him sleeping, then tiptoes out to look for a butler or maid or something*

NARRATOR: *no one to be found almost as if those types have evacuated*

NARRATOR: *the whole town seems to have quieted to a weak murmur*

CIMORENE: *she finally gives up and begins searching through chests and drawers in the spare rooms of the Tower*

NARRATOR: (oh my!)

NARRATOR: (not content looking like barbarian elf?)

CIMORENE: (absolutely not)

NARRATOR: (a step up from a tattered cloak and some hair)

NARRATOR: (observe check)

CIMORENE: (17)

NARRATOR: *you find....*

NARRATOR: *pants!*

CIMORENE: (Yea!!!!)

CIMORENE: (and?)

NARRATOR: *red pants*

CIMORENE: (hot pants...)

NARRATOR: *you find a yellow cape and a yellow skull mask helm*

CIMORENE: (A shirt!!!  A shirt, curse you!!)

NARRATOR: *a green shirt*

NARRATOR: *not your size, however...*

CIMORENE: (oh gods.... they clash so bad it hurts.... keep looking, for about ya know, twenty minutes, or until Mundin wakes up, whichever comes first)

NARRATOR: *it is slightly small for you*

NARRATOR: (new observe)

CIMORENE: (ooooo..... 19)

NARRATOR: (red cape)

NARRATOR: (looks like they use the place to meet, sleep, and store weapons and some armor* )

NARRATOR: *mundin seems to be about the only one who lives there*

CIMORENE: (oh please..... not one other shirt?)

NARRATOR: (lol)

NARRATOR: (renown roll...)

CIMORENE: (yikes 17)

NARRATOR: (you find the same shirt in red)

CIMORENE: (Decent size or not?)

NARRATOR: (slightly better, though it still shows off your beautiful figure a bit)

NARRATOR: (but you can fit inside this one)

CIMORENE: (Goodie..... good enough)

NARRATOR: *6:30*

NARRATOR: (it has a nice lace top portion to the slightly low trimmed neck)

NARRATOR: (very pretty)

CIMORENE: *ducking into an empty room, she quickly pulls on the red pants, and shirt, letting her long hair flow loose.  Satisfied, she hurries outside to check on the preparations*

CIMORENE: (Thanks)

NARRATOR: (welcome)

NARRATOR: *you see armed me running about the moutain side*

CIMORENE: *she runs, looking for Torsek*

NARRATOR: *you see men on the wall with longbows and and craftsmen at the walls attempting to fortify the structure.  you see men getting talked to to psych them up for this wait*

NARRATOR: (tusek)

CIMORENE: *her memories drift back to the other war she fought in, and wonders if she will be as lucky twice*

CIMORENE: (Sorry)

NARRATOR: (what?)

CIMORENE: (I spelled his name wrong)

NARRATOR: (oh okay, go on, though)

CIMORENE: *she searches for Tusek, listening to the men around her, and offering encouraging smiles to the few she looks at*

NARRATOR: (inspire checks?)

CIMORENE: (nah)

NARRATOR: (k)

NARRATOR: *you find tusek walking away from the wall and a group of men*

CIMORENE: Tusek!  *she hurries to catch up with him*  Any news on the front?

NARRATOR: Tusek:We see them from afar, almost too far...

CIMORENE: Too far?

NARRATOR: Tusek:They do not seem to come any closer

NARRATOR: Tusek:But it looks as if they move

CIMORENE: *she stares at him a moment, and hurries to the top of a ladder, knowing she can see better than them*

NARRATOR: (k)

CIMORENE: (and what do I see?)

NARRATOR: (observe check;-))

CIMORENE: (BOXCARS, baby!!)

NARRATOR: *you see just what he was saying; men and trolls and some siege towers poking up, but they come no closer and yet they move...*

NARRATOR: (wisdom check)

CIMORENE: (14)

NARRATOR: (i rolled bad and i'm about to pay for it )

CIMORENE: (heeheehee)

NARRATOR: *you suddenly see from miles away, that they are now moving closer and appear a bit closer than a second ago*

NARRATOR: Tusek:What do you see?

CIMORENE: They are moving....

NARRATOR: Tusek:what?

CIMORENE: They're coming!

NARRATOR: (damn you super hot super good elf...)

CIMORENE: (heh heh heh)

CIMORENE: *she scurries back down the ladder*  (About how far?)

NARRATOR: (4 or 5 miles)

NARRATOR: Tusek:Are you sure?

CIMORENE: They're less than a handful of miles away!  Hurry, call the men back!

NARRATOR: *seems confused*

NARRATOR: *calls them back, though*

NARRATOR: *people start getting into place*

CIMORENE: Someone, go wake Mundin!

NARRATOR: *the gate opens with igiwi and a swarm of miscreants*

CIMORENE: *she hurries back to the ground to Igiwi* Igiwi, they're coming!

NARRATOR: *the gate closes*

NARRATOR: *tusek runs to the tower*

CIMORENE: *she whirls*  Tusek, wait!

NARRATOR: Tusek:*while running*What of the mountain path?  Find it or get my men back to the front*runs off*

NARRATOR: Igiwi:What?

CIMORENE: (hey, I'm back)

CIMORENE: (Got kicked off for a minute)

NARRATOR: (what happened?)

NARRATOR: (oh)

NARRATOR: (k igiwi asked you "what?")
CIMORENE:  *glares after Tusek, then turns to Igiwi*  The army is less than a handful of miles away, and closing!

NARRATOR: Igiwi:You must be mistaken!  I saw no such thing, though it was very hard to find my way back here...

CIMORENE: *she stares at him*  What?

CIMORENE: They're there..... I saw them....

NARRATOR: Igiwi:I saw no one but my eyes have never been the best.  I do know that I should have come back easily and yet I found myself being led the wrong way

CIMORENE: *dread filling her heart, she turns and begins running for the Elder's tower*  Igiwi, come with me!  Order your men to make themselves ready, then meet me in Mundin's Tower!  *she sprints*

NARRATOR: *he goes off*

CIMORENE: *she sprints for Mundin's room, her hair flying*

NARRATOR: *you reach it and find Tusek running out*

CIMORENE: *she grabs him* What's going on?

NARRATOR: *tusek cannot help but look at you in your new outfit*

CIMORENE: Where's Mundin?  Did you wake him?

NARRATOR: Tusek:I am off to get my men, we are being decieved!

CIMORENE: What?!

NARRATOR: Tusek:Mundin saw threw the spell as you did

NARRATOR: Tusek:Talk to the elder

NARRATOR: *he runs off*

CIMORENE: *she doesn't let go*

NARRATOR: Tusek:What?

CIMORENE: How did you know it was a spell?

CIMORENE: And how did you know I saw through it?

NARRATOR: Tusek:The elder said it was...

CIMORENE: I'm an elf.... my eyes are better than yours.

CIMORENE: *she refuses to let go of him and calls out*  Mundin?

NARRATOR: Tusek:What are you saying?

NARRATOR: *no answer, the doors are closed*

CIMORENE: *she grabs Tusek closer, dragging him towards the doors*

NARRATOR: *strength check*

CIMORENE: (12)

NARRATOR: *he doesn't budge*

NARRATOR: Tusek:I demand to know what is going on!

CIMORENE: *she whispers almost harshly*  Why won't he answer me?

NARRATOR: Tusek:He is coming

NARRATOR: Tusek:Let me go there is no time to lose!

CIMORENE: I will not be fooled again.  You will wait until I see Mundin with my own eyes.

NARRATOR: *the door opens*

CIMORENE: *she yells again*  Mundin!

CIMORENE: *stops yelling*

NARRATOR: Mundin:Yes?

CIMORENE: (I hate it when I'm wrong)

NARRATOR: Tusek:*looks at you with inferno's in my eyes*Thank you for your confidence....

NARRATOR: Mundin:*to you*What are you doing Cimorene?!

CIMORENE: *she glares back at him*  I saw over twnety men slaughtered by a demon in someone else's guise... the guise of their friend.  I cannot take any more chances on being wrong.  Can you blame me?

NARRATOR: Tusek:Just let me go

CIMORENE: *she lets go immedietely*

NARRATOR: *his whole body fully of tension, he bolts back down the stairs without a word*

CIMORENE: (I really really really hate it when I'm wrong)

NARRATOR: Mundin:Cimorene what is the meaning of this?

NARRATOR: (you never even sensed power)

CIMORENE: *she shakes her head*  I don't know.... something rubs me wrong about him.  I was afraid he was a dindair, sent to kill you and take away a chance at saving Galtaire

CIMORENE: (There wasn't really time)

NARRATOR: (cool)

NARRATOR: Mundin:I truly appreciate that thought, thank you.  But he is not a demon and like Tusek said, I saw threw a spell.

NARRATOR: Mundin:Luin Ruth attempted to bewitch us as to where his army was before we knew it

NARRATOR: Mundin:He nearly succeeded*head down*

CIMORENE: *she hangs her head*  I'm sorry I let my head run away with me.  Where is the army?

NARRATOR: Mundin:They are but a few miles away.  My master is still not come.  We have only to see if he attacks at dawn or immediately

CIMORENE: *she nods*  And what will you do, my lord Mundin?

CIMORENE: Attack from here, or among your people?

NARRATOR: Mundin:All that I can.  I will to the wall and defend from the spells of the enemy that I can.  He could sunder the walls if I do not, and if he brought his own lietenants...

CIMORENE: *she nods*  If we take off the head, perhaps the army will crumble.

NARRATOR: Mundin:I would love it if you would join me in stopping magic against us and perhaps firing some arrows and killing those who would climb the wall

NARRATOR: Mundin:Perhaps...

CIMORENE: Liun Ruth holds this army together..... we must kill him as soon as possible, but the walls must hold

NARRATOR: Mundin:How do we kill him?

NARRATOR: Mundin:Melendar couldn't

CIMORENE: Perhaps Melendar never tried.

NARRATOR: Mundin:It is unkown

CIMORENE: We know nothing of that battle because it was wiped from his memory.

NARRATOR: Mundin:Only the fragments I found, it was with our enemy and Melendar ended it one way or another.  But he did not beat his foe

CIMORENE: Melendar was powerful..... almost more powerful than the legendary Lady Galadriel..... but we have something he didn't.  One strong, powerful thing.

NARRATOR: Mundin:What?

CIMORENE: We are not alone.

NARRATOR: Mundin:What then?  we charge them?  It would be a massacre

CIMORENE: No.  We hold them for as long as we can, make Ruth show himself, then take him down.  If the battle goes on and he does not appear..... I will find him.

NARRATOR: Mundin:Do so if you wish, but I would have you with us as long as possible

CIMORENE: *she nods*

NARRATOR: Mundin:If he has disciples we will have to worry about their attempts

CIMORENE: INdeed.  I hope Melendar was able to get through to the Elves.

NARRATOR: Mundin:as do i...

CIMORENE: *she stares out the window at the approaching army*  It will begin soon....

NARRATOR: Mundin:*looks out*So it begins, the great battle of our time

NARRATOR: END
