NARRATOR: *simulatiously melendar opens the ceiling up*

NARRATOR: *the rubble starts to fall fast*

NARRATOR: *the helerog jumps out of the way of the debries getting hit by a boulder, though*

NARRATOR: Melendar:Ideas darling?

NARRATOR: *you are about 300 feet from the demon of cold*

CIMORENE: Run?

NARRATOR: Melendar:Yeah, we can do that...

CIMORENE: Unless you think we can take it

CIMORENE: How badly did you injure it before?

NARRATOR: Melendar:Bad

CIMORENE: *she turns to it and raises her staff*  then we can do it

NARRATOR: Melendar:*coughs blood*But I, it seems, am not too far from that

CIMORENE: *stops*

NARRATOR: Melendar:I think I may be quite injured...

CIMORENE: *she raises a weary face to the Helerog, glaring at it*

CIMORENE: Melendar.... come closer to me... I can try and heal you

NARRATOR: *the demon stalks closer slowly as a predator to prey*

NARRATOR: *melendar manages to scoot over to you*

CIMORENE: (wait.... I forgot)

CIMORENE: (out of healing stuff)

NARRATOR: (ya, thought you were trying some odd check)

CIMORENE: (No... can't heal him without stuff)

CIMORENE: (damn)

CIMORENE: Run, my love..... run, and save yourself

NARRATOR: (true)

NARRATOR: Melendar:Never.  You came here to save me but perhaps it is I who has to save you to get back out

NARRATOR: *melendar stands up tall*

CIMORENE: I did not come save you only to let you die now

NARRATOR: Melendar:There is no better death I can fathom than to save you *smiles threw some obvious pain*

NARRATOR: Melendar:If this is what the valar have to say for our fate, then so be it

CIMORENE: *she shakes her head hard at him, one eye on the Helerog*  No.... I don't want you to die

NARRATOR: Melendar:You cannot heal me?  Then I will find a root, a rock, dust, or ice that can and bring it to you.  I will focus the knowledge of the ages in my mind and I will find something

NARRATOR: Melendar:*smiles wryly*Don't keep me waiting

CIMORENE: *she nods*  Then I will protect you..... *she steps in front of him and raises her staff, whispering*  Guarding Spell

CIMORENE: (Cast with a 12)

NARRATOR: *due to too many spells in rapid succesion, spell fails*

CIMORENE: (crapola)

CIMORENE: *she glares at the Helerog, stepping forward a little, and raising her staff in challenge*

NARRATOR: (you took down the weariness level then?)

CIMORENE: (yeah)

NARRATOR: (k)

NARRATOR: *the hellerog instantly creates a spear of ice*

CIMORENE: *takes out her bow instead and whispers to her arrow*  Fly swift and true, and strike the heart of my enemy

CIMORENE: Fiery missile

CIMORENE: (14 to cast)

CIMORENE: (needs a 7)

NARRATOR: *cast*

CIMORENE: *aims for it's head, and lets the arrow fly, followed quickly by another, which is also on fire*

CIMORENE: (-10 to hit?)

NARRATOR: (-12)

CIMORENE: (holy crap)

CIMORENE: (14 still... and the second is a 12)

CIMORENE: (excuse me, 11)

NARRATOR: (what's your bows range increments?)

CIMORENE: (oh for heaven's sake...)

CIMORENE: (*grabs book*)

NARRATOR: (no laura it's a special bow)

NARRATOR: (thought i gave you the stats, let me check)

NARRATOR: 10/50/100/220/+50

CIMORENE: (ok)

NARRATOR: *both arrows fail, it is just too far away*

CIMORENE: (damn)

CIMORENE: *she glares at it, drawing back another arrow anyway*  Come on, then....

NARRATOR: *ice spear launches...*

NARRATOR: (you won't believe it)

CIMORENE: (What?)

CIMORENE: (Critical?)

NARRATOR: *the spear is thrown so poorly that it would harm the demon if he weren't immune to cold*

CIMORENE: (Wow....)

NARRATOR: (snake eyes)

CIMORENE: (Holy crap)

NARRATOR: *the helerog starts charging forward now realizing he has lost the advantage and forms another spear*

CIMORENE: (It's charging? )

NARRATOR: (ya)

NARRATOR: (you got 1 chance before impact)

CIMORENE: (And Melendar is right behind me?)

NARRATOR: (you don't know)

CIMORENE: *Dives to the left, trying to swing her staff at his legs*

CIMORENE: (Can I do that?)

CIMORENE: (A trip type thing?)

NARRATOR: (checking)

NARRATOR: (there is no prescedent in the book so i'll have to rule on it...)

NARRATOR: (first jump check from you, then an acrobatics, then strength check to actually trip him)

CIMORENE: (sounds good)

NARRATOR: (lets start the checks)

CIMORENE: (10 on the jump)

NARRATOR: *you leap out of the path of destruction*

CIMORENE: ((9 on nimbleness)

NARRATOR: (why nimbleness?0)

CIMORENE: (Sorry, acrobatics)\

CIMORENE: (11 on the Strength)

NARRATOR: (wow)

NARRATOR: *you leap out of the way in just in time and stick your staff into the ground like a pillar.  a pillar that the demon trips over and slides off*

CIMORENE: (Holy crap)

NARRATOR: (he rolled 7.... WITH MODS!)

CIMORENE: (WOOT!!!)

NARRATOR: (oh it ain't over)

CIMORENE: (I hope he falls off a cliff)

CIMORENE: (He'd better not fall on melendar)

NARRATOR: *the helerog proceedes to slide right to the entrance to the cave that leads to the dark-elves*

CIMORENE: (Good for it)

NARRATOR: *it gets up and gets its weapon ready*

NARRATOR: *there is some 50 feet between you two*

NARRATOR: (initiative)

CIMORENE: (9)

NARRATOR: (tie)

CIMORENE: (wait.... 14)

CIMORENE: (sorry)

NARRATOR: (hmm)

CIMORENE: (I thought I only had one to init)

CIMORENE: (I have 5)

NARRATOR: (k go)

CIMORENE: *Quick-draws her bow, uses Fiery Missile on the arrow, and lets fly*

NARRATOR: (3 actions)

CIMORENE: (19)

NARRATOR: (oh wait, quickdraw)

CIMORENE: (Why three?)

CIMORENE: (OKies)

CIMORENE: (19 to hit)

NARRATOR: (26 arrows left, fyi, now 25)

CIMORENE: (I know)

NARRATOR: *arrow hits*

CIMORENE: (Fiery missile, d6 dmg right?)

NARRATOR: (yup)

CIMORENE: (13 normal, and 4 fire)

NARRATOR: *it's hurt but the arrow freezes and shatters moments after impact*

NARRATOR: *helerog attacks with spear*

CIMORENE: (Throws it?)

NARRATOR: (no melee attack)

CIMORENE: (great)

NARRATOR: 21 damage

CIMORENE: (shhhhiiiiiiiiiiittt)

CIMORENE: (FROM 50 feet away?!)

NARRATOR: (oh!)

NARRATOR: (thrown then)

NARRATOR: (oops)

CIMORENE: (just checking)

NARRATOR: (makes little difference, he just has to form another one now)

NARRATOR: *you're up*

CIMORENE: (man.... wish I had that Guarding Spell)

NARRATOR: *he forms another spear*

CIMORENE: *Charges with her staff*

NARRATOR: (moment of truth)

CIMORENE: (run check, yes?)

NARRATOR: (yes)

CIMORENE: (12)

NARRATOR: *you charge on*

CIMORENE: (*is still fuzzy on charging*)

NARRATOR: (make a normal attack)

CIMORENE: (19)

NARRATOR: (now do 1 1/2 damage)

CIMORENE: (27)

NARRATOR: (what's your strength plus 2?)

CIMORENE: (+3)

NARRATOR: (your actual strength and then add 2)

CIMORENE: (Why two?)

NARRATOR: (it's the way the strength check the helerog makes to stay up works)

CIMORENE: (oooohhhhh)

CIMORENE: (So, it's 10 plus 3 strength plus 4 for the staff, plus 2?)

NARRATOR: (not at all)

NARRATOR: (what is your strength?  11?)

CIMORENE: (12)

NARRATOR: (then the check is a 14 for him)

NARRATOR: (that's it)

CIMORENE: (oooohhhhhhhh)

NARRATOR: *you tackle the helerog... somehow*

CIMORENE: (Holy crap)

NARRATOR: *swiftness test*

CIMORENE: (11)

NARRATOR: (wow)

NARRATOR: *you are fine*

NARRATOR: (that's with negs?)

CIMORENE: (oops)

CIMORENE: (Sorry.... honestly forgot the negs)

NARRATOR: (it's cool, haven't played in a bit)

CIMORENE: (I keep forgetting what to add it to)

CIMORENE: (jeeezzzzz..... 5)

NARRATOR: (ya a physical test like this would need all negs)

NARRATOR: *you are frozen in a block of ice*

CIMORENE: (great )

NARRATOR: (narrator suggests you use 2 courage)

CIMORENE: (grrr..... those are my last two!)

NARRATOR: (that or be in a block of ice for 4 minutes)

CIMORENE: (Courage)

NARRATOR: (k)

CIMORENE: (Used)

CIMORENE: (*grumbles*)

NARRATOR: *the demon seems very harmed after that attack but not dead*

CIMORENE: (Extra action to dodge)

NARRATOR: (k)

CIMORENE: (*whispers*  how does that work?)

NARRATOR: (swiftness check, becomes your new defense till next round)

NARRATOR: (some things enhance it, i don't think you have those)

CIMORENE: (with negs?)

CIMORENE: (5 with negs)

CIMORENE: (10 without)

NARRATOR: (ugh, no precedent)

NARRATOR: (either way that makes your defense go down)

NARRATOR: (recomend a defensive attack)

CIMORENE: (A what?)

NARRATOR: (-2 to attack, but +2 for dodge/parry attempts)

NARRATOR: (forget it, even with that you'd have to take ANOTHER extra action)

CIMORENE: (sounds good)

CIMORENE: (Forget the dodge then)

NARRATOR: (k)

NARRATOR: (that ends your turn?)

CIMORENE: (yeah, sorry)

NARRATOR: (k)

NARRATOR: *the demon gets up and attacks in close combat*

CIMORENE: (How many actions does it get?)

NARRATOR: (same as u)

CIMORENE: (SO two)

NARRATOR: *attack hits*

CIMORENE: (At least it only gets one attack then)

NARRATOR: *19 damage*

CIMORENE: (crapola )

NARRATOR: (you're up)

CIMORENE: *whaps him twice hard with her staff*

CIMORENE: (20 and 17)

NARRATOR: (with negs?)

CIMORENE: (Yup)

NARRATOR: (that' s insane)

CIMORENE: (God bless the 14 ranks I have)

CIMORENE: (I'm only Wounded, Jon)

NARRATOR: *1st hit is superior, second is normal*

CIMORENE: (booya)

NARRATOR: (roll on)

CIMORENE: (Thta means max dmg for first, right?)

NARRATOR: (nope that's extrodinary, this is just +2 i believe *checks*)

CIMORENE: (17 and 15)

NARRATOR: (superior options are +2 damage or defense)

CIMORENE: (wait... I can get more defense?)

NARRATOR: (this way ya)

CIMORENE: (Hell, I'm taking defense)

NARRATOR: (just against the opponent in question, there is only one so..)

CIMORENE: (15 to both hits then)

NARRATOR: (k)

CIMORENE: (end of action)

NARRATOR: *it seems like it's on a final wound level but won't go down without a fight*

NARRATOR: *observe*

CIMORENE: (11)

CIMORENE: (ick)

NARRATOR: *you hear orcs coming out of the far cave and maybe a troll*

CIMORENE: (..........)

NARRATOR: (remember 2 of the 3 are sealed)

NARRATOR: *you hear melendar chant something behind you*

NARRATOR: *helerog attacks and with great courage on his part hits you twice*

CIMORENE: (hellfire)

CIMORENE: (And brimstone)

CIMORENE: (holy shit)

CIMORENE: (13)

NARRATOR: (with all the negs?)

CIMORENE: (yup)

NARRATOR: (amazing)

CIMORENE: (Heh... I get a plus 9)

NARRATOR: *you resist the dark curtain that nearly engulfs you*

CIMORENE: (my turn?)

NARRATOR: (ya)

CIMORENE: *she growls*  Your reign of terror will end..... NOW

NARRATOR: *an enourmous rumbling happens to the cavern and you hear melendar yell as loud as you ever have in your life in effort*

NARRATOR: *acrobatics test*

CIMORENE: (3)

NARRATOR: *you slip and fall on the ground in the quaking*

CIMORENE: (holy crap)

NARRATOR: *swiftness*

CIMORENE: (1)

CIMORENE: (no problem)

NARRATOR: *the helerog falls on his arse too*

NARRATOR: (1 is all you'll need anyway)

CIMORENE: (17 dmg)

NARRATOR: *swiftness*

CIMORENE: (ummm....... -3)

NARRATOR: *the helerog falls and barely hits you as it does, however you are frozen into a block of ice*

NARRATOR: *you stay just as weary as before....ALOT!*

CIMORENE: (lol)

NARRATOR: *the ice melts*

CIMORENE: *falls to the floor*

NARRATOR: *there is a blood stain on the ground by melendar*

NARRATOR: *melendar is slumped on the hilt of his sword*

NARRATOR: *he is kneeling on the ground coughing weakly*

CIMORENE: (He's what?!)

CIMORENE: (ohhh..... I thought you meant he stabbed himself)

NARRATOR: (uh NO)

NARRATOR: (hehehe)

CIMORENE: *she struggles to her knees*  Melendar...... Can you stand?

NARRATOR: *there are 5 dead orcs nearby*

NARRATOR: Melendar:I...*struggles*cannot

CIMORENE: *looks to the third tunnel*

NARRATOR: *the tunnel is intact, after 10 or so feet there is a chasim that spans the room from there to the next 50 feet*

CIMORENE: (wow)

NARRATOR: *orcs and trolls stand helplessly on there side*

NARRATOR: *there are arrows and spears that seem to reach from the end of the chasim to 20 feet or so in front of you two but cannot make it*

CIMORENE: *she struggles to her feet and goes over to melendar, panting*  Let's get out of here before they figure out how to make a bridge....

CIMORENE: *tries to help him stand*

NARRATOR: *strength check*

CIMORENE: (lool...... 3)

NARRATOR: *he can't make it up*

NARRATOR: Melendar:I found a stone that I think you can break up into powder and serve in a drink that would help *coughs*mend.

CIMORENE: *she slumps down next to him, closing her eyes*  I have only a little water left.... give me the stone

NARRATOR: Melendar:But *sighs*it's too late

CIMORENE: What do you mean it's too late?

NARRATOR: *gives you the stone*

NARRATOR: Melendar:I have held on as long as I think I can...

CIMORENE: No!

NARRATOR: *he looks more pale than he usually does*

CIMORENE: *she grabs his hand tightly*  No, my love, no!  I will not let you die in this cold place!  We're going home!  We're going home, and see Belegar and your brother!  We're going to go West together and watch the eons roll by!

NARRATOR: *inspire check*

CIMORENE: *begins grinding the stone with her staff*  please..... please don't leave me

CIMORENE: (Are those with negs?)

NARRATOR: (i have no clue)

NARRATOR: (hmm)

CIMORENE: (There's no real mental energy being spent.... she's almost hysterical)

NARRATOR: (okay shoot normally)

CIMORENE: (14)

CIMORENE: (*prays*)

NARRATOR: Melendar:Do it Cimorene, *seems to summon something from nowhere* do it now

NARRATOR: *he has a violent coughing fit*

CIMORENE: *grinds as fast as she can, then pours the stone into her waterskin*

NARRATOR: *some blood comes up and onto your face*

CIMORENE: *she lifts him, propping him up against her chest, taking a swig of the water and then pressing her open mouth to his, massaging his throat gently as she lets the water spill from her lips to his*

NARRATOR: (wow)

CIMORENE: (lol)

NARRATOR: *he drinks*

CIMORENE: *does it again and again until the waterskin is gone.... maybe six drinks*

NARRATOR: (cool)

NARRATOR: *a minute goes by*

NARRATOR: Melendar:*stands weakly*Lets get out of here

CIMORENE: *she nods and stands with him, leaning on her staff.  She smirks over her shoulder at the orcs and then heads off the town the path, towards the elves*

NARRATOR: (did you want to play out the upcoming days?)

CIMORENE: (yes, please)

CIMORENE: (I'm up for more if you are)

CIMORENE: (at least until we can travel to Gondor)

NARRATOR: (i just mean if you wanted to skip to the dark elves)

CIMORENE: (oohhh..... yes, Dark elves please)

NARRATOR: (k)

CIMORENE: (start right where we walk back into the city)

CIMORENE: (Oh!  She takes a finger of the helerog with her)

NARRATOR: *you two travel SLOWLY for what seems like a week and finally reach the dark elf city*

NARRATOR: (k)

CIMORENE: *Feels slightly better now, having healed a little*

CIMORENE: (Woot.... I'm Incapacitated)

NARRATOR: (yay!)

CIMORENE: (by one point)

NARRATOR: (you took yet another beating of a lifetime)

NARRATOR: (lucky you that melendar saved your arse)

CIMORENE: (Yeah..... but I BEAT A FREAKING HELEROG)

CIMORENE: (I know)

CIMORENE: (I love my elf)

NARRATOR: (a hurt helerog, just remember)

CIMORENE: (still!)

NARRATOR: (it was melendar that started it)

NARRATOR: (ya)

NARRATOR: (he'll never be the same... again)

CIMORENE: (Why?)

NARRATOR: (even with the eyee)

NARRATOR: (he came to close)

CIMORENE: (I agree..... but hey, I didn't change)

NARRATOR: (not this time)

CIMORENE: (And I was two hp away from death last time)

NARRATOR: (get that hurt again and we may have to talk)

CIMORENE: (*nods*)

CIMORENE: (back in character)

NARRATOR: *pallando the blue waits at the entrance*

NARRATOR: Pallando:Cimorene, Melendar!  You have returned

CIMORENE: *she sees him and gives a glad cry, running into his arms to hug him fiercely*

NARRATOR: Pallando:*seems surprised*It's alright child.  *whispers*I am more than amazed that you two survived

CIMORENE: It wasn't easy, my friend.....

CIMORENE: *she goes back over to Melendar, staggering still*  We paid dearly for it.... almost too dearly

NARRATOR: Melendar:I... need... rest...

CIMORENE: *she nods at Melendar* Me too.....  Pallando?

NARRATOR: Pallando:I have made arrangements

CIMORENE: PLease and thank you

NARRATOR: *he leads you to chambers of stone with actual matresses.  he takes one and leaves you two the other*

CIMORENE: *settles Melendar down gently, wrapping him in her own cloak*  Sleep, my love..... everything is fine now

NARRATOR: *there is a big bed and a stone chair and fire place in the room along with a magic sealing door*

NARRATOR: *he smiles painfully and goes right out*

CIMORENE: Pallando?  *softly*

NARRATOR: *he is outside*

CIMORENE: *goes to the door, opening it*  Pallando?

NARRATOR: Pallando:*soft as well*Yes?

CIMORENE: Did Wulf....?

NARRATOR: Pallando:*looks down at the ground*He paid his debt to Melendar with his life, I assume

CIMORENE: *she nods*  So I feared..... I must see the leaders of the city soon..... but for now, can you look at Melendar?  He..... is in a bad way...

CIMORENE: *is in a rather bad way herself*

NARRATOR: Pallando:You need some rest before you casually go about this place

CIMORENE: *she nods, looking longingly back towards the bed*  Sleep WOULD feel nice.....

NARRATOR: Pallando:I will stand a watch while you two sleep and do what I can for him*looks back to melendar*What happened to him?

NARRATOR: Pallando:I feel.... much pain from him

CIMORENE: He was almost dead when I found him, and then he was tackled by a Snow Troll....... at full speed

CIMORENE: Then, he held off the orcs while I fought the Helerog....

NARRATOR: *his face looks solemn and sour*

NARRATOR: Pallando:*looking somewhat chipper*Well think no more of anything for now and rest

CIMORENE: *she nods and staggers to the bed*  Can you.... do what you can for Melendar?

NARRATOR: *he nods back*

CIMORENE: *is asleep before she hits the pillows*

NARRATOR: *you wake up feeling better*

NARRATOR: *like 2 wound levels better and your nightly hp*

CIMORENE: *she looks around, a little groggy*  Mmm.....

NARRATOR: *pallando is in the chair*

NARRATOR: *the door is shut*

CIMORENE: *she smiles at him*  Good morning...

NARRATOR: Pallando:*looking to you happily*Good morning to you!

CIMORENE: *looks to Melendar*

NARRATOR: *melendar stirs but does not awake*

CIMORENE: *she smiles and brushes a strand of hair from his face before slipping from the bed*  PLease tell me you have food, old friend

NARRATOR: Pallando:Oh my!  *he looks threw his pockets* Ah!  *gives you a lembas waffer*

CIMORENE: *she munches happily, pulling on her cloak*  I have to see the leaders now....

NARRATOR: Pallando:Of course, regarding what exactly?

CIMORENE: *she winks at him*  To tell them that the Helerog is dead

NARRATOR: Pallando:Well then by all means... *he says a word and the door opens*  Let us go

CIMORENE: *she steps out into the hallway, carrying a small brown bag, the bottom of which is probably frozen solid*

NARRATOR: (yup)

NARRATOR: *pallando leads you two a grand court with 3 "thrones"*

CIMORENE: *she stands as straight as she can with her staff and concentrates on walking well*

NARRATOR: Pallando:*bows to the 3 elves on the chairs*your majesties I present Cimorene the Violet; a member of my order

CIMORENE: *she bows as well*

NARRATOR: *the 3 elves nod and exchange looks at eachother*

CIMORENE: I bring you good tidings

NARRATOR: *they listen intently*

CIMORENE: The monster that attacked your city is slain, and his minions thwarted

NARRATOR: Elf in center chair:*smiles some*That is good news and we all thank you for it.  What of lord Wulfs... death?  How did he face his doom?

NARRATOR: *silence*

CIMORENE: *she bows her head*  We believe he fell defending our path, keeping us from harm at facing his enemy with all the courage of the Valar....

CIMORENE: His name will echo in the halls of my family and my Order forever

NARRATOR: Elf on left seat:So would you say that he did not accomplish his task?

CIMORENE: What was his task?

NARRATOR: Elf on the right:Please answer to the best of your ability

CIMORENE: He came with us to rescue Meledar, to repay the life debt. Without Wulf, we would never have even found Melendar, let alone saved him and defeated the Helerog.  I would say he accomplished his task in more ways than one

NARRATOR: *the 3 exchange glances again*

NARRATOR: *the elf on the left sneers at the center one and stalks out of the chamber without another word*

CIMORENE: *she stares after the elf, looking towards the remaining two*  What was that all about ?

NARRATOR: Elf in center:*smiles*This is very well.  Thank you for that.  *hears your question*Oh he was just trying to assume control of our tribes.

NARRATOR: Elf on right:What is it you wished to speak of Cimorene the Violet?

CIMORENE: *she blinks a few times*  I am confused.... but it is not my business to pry.  I simply wanted to inform you that the monster was dead, and to warn you that his minions may yet reappear

CIMORENE: And to bring you proof of it's death

NARRATOR: *they wait after hearing "proof"*

CIMORENE: *she dumps the finger onto the ground, making sure not to shatter it*

NARRATOR: *it thumps to the ground*

NARRATOR: *they look surprised*

NARRATOR: Elf in center:It is finally gone then...  Excellent!  You and your spouse will have a hero's feast once you are ready*smiles*

CIMORENE: *she smiles back*  With all due respect, my lords, we must make haste back to Gondor

NARRATOR: *the elves look perplexed*

NARRATOR: Elf in center:What is this place?

CIMORENE: Back to where I came from.  It is a large city, to the West of Mordor, in which the Race of Men resides

CIMORENE: (*country, not city)
NARRATOR: Elf in center:*condiscendingly*men.. *scoffs*But if it is your will to be among them, we will not stop you.  Then be off when you are ready to.  Stay as long as needed for recovery and take rest.

CIMORENE: *she bows to them*  Also, my lords..... there is the matter of the rape of your women.  Wulf told you of our relevations that the men of Galtaire were not respondible?

NARRATOR: Elf on right:Yes*looks darkly*It was something far worse and debate is being held over what to do with those with child...

CIMORENE: Well, the man responsible is dead

NARRATOR: Elf in center:There spawn, could indeed, be something terrible

NARRATOR: Elf in center:Too true, Lord Wulf hunted him down himself

CIMORENE: *she nods*  Indeed.... and his master is slain as well.... but continue to fear the dark.... for evil still lurks this land, and will lurk it in the daylight now too

NARRATOR: Elf in center:How so?

CIMORENE: The man is dead, but his army is scattered, leaderless.  I fear their power now that they have no one to lead them

NARRATOR: (+5 xp)

CIMORENE: (why?)

NARRATOR: (oh.... forget it. you obviously weren't trying to do the elrond line)

CIMORENE: (There's an Elrond line?)

CIMORENE: (ooohhh!!!)

CIMORENE: (No, I was just trying to sound cool)

NARRATOR: (the race of numenor is failing.  they are scattered, divided, leaderless)

NARRATOR: (that's fine)

NARRATOR: Elf in center:I think we can handle ourselves

CIMORENE: *she bows*  I pray the evil does not darken your door.... but I must return to Melenda r

NARRATOR: *they nod*

NARRATOR: *pallando leads you back*

CIMORENE: *she bows again and heads back outside*  That went well

NARRATOR: Pallando:I'd say so

CIMORENE: *she nods*  One more day of rest..... then we should return to Gondor

CIMORENE: Are you still game to come with me, old friend, or are you tired of danger?

NARRATOR: Pallando:I am interested in this red wizard who claims to have authority over me

NARRATOR: Pallando:Why I have had no one to report to since the days of Saruman the white

CIMORENE: *she smiles*  I think he'll be interested in you too

NARRATOR: Pallando:But I will go to Gondor and see what I can see

CIMORENE: *goes to her room to sleep again*  I will rest again.... and we will leave soon.  Can you see what provisions can be purchased?  *hands him four gold pieces*

NARRATOR: Pallando:I will

CIMORENE: *goes in to sleep again*

CIMORENE: *checks on melendar first*

NARRATOR: (2 more health)

NARRATOR: *melendar is sweating alot and mumbling*

CIMORENE: *she casts Healing*

CIMORENE: (17 to cast)

CIMORENE: (20 to test)

NARRATOR: *he seems to calm some*

CIMORENE: *holds him for a time*

CIMORENE: (fast forward?  She's not leaving until he's well again)

NARRATOR: (okay)

NARRATOR: *another week goes by and he seems able to be up and about again*

NARRATOR: *though he seems to tire more easily*

CIMORENE: *has been sewing an eye patch for him, made of dark blue fabric and pretty stones to outline it*  I'm finished!

NARRATOR: (craft check)

CIMORENE: (11)

NARRATOR: Melendar:*smiles*Darling it is beautiful.  *playfully*I believe I owe you a dress

CIMORENE: *she chuckles*  When we get to Gondor, perhaps we'll discuss a dress.... are you ready to leave now?

NARRATOR: Melendar:If we can return to my island I can easily make one for you, though that is in middle earth...

NARRATOR: Melendar:*nods*Yes, I am ready to go back

CIMORENE: *she smiles and takes his hand, heading for the hallway to find pallando*  Are you ready, friend?

NARRATOR: Melendar:But what of my brother?  If he is on this side of Arda (the world) then would it not be best to go search now?

NARRATOR: Pallando:Well I am ready...

CIMORENE: Where was he last?

CIMORENE: (lol)

CIMORENE: (You don't WANT my game to end, do you?)

NARRATOR: (we can go 2 paths)

NARRATOR: (i am fine with it ending)

NARRATOR: (we can say you'll look in middle earth)

CIMORENE: Where was he last, and where the heck are we?

NARRATOR: Melendar:We should be on the eastern side of the world and now that I think of it, he preferred the shores of the west.  He is most likely there

CIMORENE: Near the Grey Havens?

NARRATOR: Melendar:Anywhere from Gondor to even further north than the havens

CIMORENE: Then we'll search for him on the way West, if that's all right with you

NARRATOR: *he nods*

CIMORENE: Pallando, do you think your bird friend is all right?

CIMORENE: *is walking*

NARRATOR: Pallando:He is fine, i've checked on him

CIMORENE: *she smiles*  To the great hulking bird then.... perhaps he found Bard!

CIMORENE:  *Classic anime frozen scene of them all walking into the distance together*

NARRATOR: END
