Hero

When we were little kids
Our hero was always you
You’d always make us laugh
When we were feeling blue

You’re the kindest & most caring friend

That we have ever had

You stood there strong beside us

Through the good times & the bad

When we had an awful day

It’s you we go running to

You’d tell us everything will be alright

We put our faith in you

When we go to school

It’s you who pays our fees

We would study all night long

It’s you we wanted to please

Though you were sometimes busy

You always had time for us

You’d just drop everything

And seldom would you fuss

You were a man so powerful-

A man so kind & wise

Magnificent & perfect –

When seen through our eyes

Here we are years later

 & there’s one thing that we’ve known

You are still our hero

No matter how much we’ve grown

There will always be a place for you

Deep in our hearts

Because nothing in this world
 Can ever keep us apart!!!


You’re a Faithful, Admirable, Trustworthy, Honest, Extraordinary, & Righteous person. And nothing in this world can ever change that!
