| My review of Cedar Point |
| Cedar Point is the Coolest Park out there for thrill seekers It has the most roller coasters in one park with rides like the Magnum, Millennium Force and Raptor. I have been there about 23 times in my life so I think I know the park itself pretty well |
| Ride Review scale of 1-10; these are only some of the rides I've ridden at cedar point. Raptor (Max Speed-57mph, Max Height-137ft)-Good ride, with you sitting under the track the loops are awesome. Rating-9 Magnum (Max Speed-72mph, Max Height-205ft)- Good fast ride, it has an awesome turn that you are almost completely sideways on, it has the height and the speed for excellence. Rating-8 Millennium Force (Max Speed-92mph, Max Height-310ft)- Awesome when it comes to speed and height. With a height of 310 feet and a drop of 300 feet at 92 mph. This ride is one of the best out there by my standards. Rating-10 Blue Streak (Max Speed-40mph, Max Height-78ft)- Good ride, better than it looks, for how small it is compared to some of the other rides it still is a good experience, pretty fast with a lot of turns. Rating-4 Mean Streak (Max Speed-65mph, Max Height-161ft)- Very good ride, sort of like a wooden magnum, simply by looking at it, just seeing the amount of wood put into this ride, it is fast and has some height to it. Rating-6 Mantis (Max Speed-60mph, Max Height-145ft)- Okay, not great, I don't know why but it doesn't seem all that good to me, probably the standing up part but I don't know, good speed with loops. Ratitng-6 Wicked Twister (Max Speed-70mph, max height-215ft)- Awesome ride, Its the first of its kind that I have ridden, and is the first with 2 twisting towers, extremely fast and very high. Rating- 9 Gemini (Max Speed-60mph, Max Height-125ft)- Very good ride for its height, it is very fun "racing" the other coaster while going around tight curves and a lot of hills. Rating- 7 Power Tower (Max Speed-around 50mph, Max Height-about 240ft.)- Very cool, I like both sides of this ride, but the dropping one is better. It also is one of the faster moving lines in the park so I suggest you hit it on your way to other rides. Rating-8 Disaster Transport (Max Speed-varies, Max Height-63ft)- I do not like this ride very much, it's not that long, and it just doesn't seem that fast in the dark. It has some pretty cool special effects though. Rating-4 Corkscrew (Max Speed 48mph, Max Height-85ft)- Pretty cool ride for how short it is, the loops are very fun. Rating- 7 Mine Ride(Max Speed-varies, Max Height-48ft)- Well, its ok, good if you're not into big hills and what-not. I'd still ride it though. Rating-5 |
