Rain Keeves Fearudo is one of the main characters from an anime called Dragoon. He is tall, well-built, and blonde, and has a deep but cheery tenor voice. (For more info on Rain's voice and his seiyuu, see Toshihiko no Miko. Rain appears first in Episode 2, when he literally runs into Millie on the street. She is immediately striken by him, and the nickname "Chibi-chan," that he quickly bestows on her--but gets huffy and jealous quickly when he turns his attention to Miyu. Luckily, Rain doesn't seem the least bit interested in Miyu--he's just trying to be suave and dashing, something he does very well. He assists Sadie and Miyu when they get into trouble, and the three travelers learn an interesting secret about their new friend. (I won't say it, big spoiler. ^^;;) When his home becomes too dangerous to stay in any more, Rain joins the others on their quest to discover Miyu's memories, and walk into many new adventures from there.
Rain's main attack is called the Rising Sun, and he weilds a magic staff that fuses together out of two small rods he hides in the sleeves of his clothing. The attack is powerful and stops many enemies almost effortlessly.
Rain and Millie have an odd relationship--Rain is very protective of "Chibi-chan," and Millie alternates between having a crush on him and being mad at him. I doubt there's any romantic interest between them, (It's be kinda pedophilic, but it's be cute--Millie's around 12, while I'd have to say Rain was 16 or 17. He's young, but has such a broad build that it's hard to tell.) but it's possible, and it looks like that's what the writers were thinking. I'll leave that decision up to you. Meanwhile, it's not like Rain-sama can't pick and choose--out of the 7 adventurers in Dragoon, he is one of the two males. (Yes, Bubb is definitely female.) I guess we'll see how things go as the series continues...
