| December 10, 2005 Hello everyone, we've been keeping really busy while not updating our website, sorry about that. Anyways, we played a show in Castro Valley last night, it was really fun, everyone was really nice and seemed to enjoy themselves, and that's what we like to see! We also have some shows coming up just check out the SHOWS section for the info. We have also been working on new songs that we are really excited about, hopefully they will be ready by the upcoming shows. In the merch sections, new pins have been ordered and should be arriving very soon, check out MERCHANDISE section to see the new designs. The EP is coming along, doing vocals here and there, but with Nick's head is broken, and we can't put down the guitar tracks until it's fixed, so we'll keep you guys and gals updated on that. Everyone stay safe and don'y kill nobody.....and go the shwo on the 17th it's benefit show for Toys For Tots and Love Songs is playing why would you go???? |
| January 8, 2006 First of all, HAPPY NEW YEAR! The month of December has treated us very well, everything withPLB has been going great. We are putting some final tracks on the CD, and then it will be done, ready for you all to rock out to. We are really excited to release it and hope everyone enjoys it. If you want to see the art work check out the MERCHANDIISE section. Also if you'd like to hear a little sample of the CD, just go over to our MYSPACE and take a listen. The shows this month have been really fun as well, thanks to everyone who came out and ran around and jumped off stuff with us! If you didn't notice we have a new member as well, we are proud to welcome our dear friend Andrew, on voice box. Alex has started booking our tour for Spring, we are really excited for that, so hopefully everything goes well with that and we can hit the road. | January 17, 2006 Hello world, everything is going great for us! We are putting the final touches on the EP and we'll be releasing it very soon. As for shows, I believe our next will be the CD release. | Febuary 28, 2006 WOW!!! Everythign has been going great in the past couple weeks!!! If you havn't seen it already the CD is finally done and is available through mail order and at shows. Thanks to anyone who came to the CD release. In other news we have singed up for the Ernie Ball Battle Of the Bands. If we win we get a chance to play at Warped Tour and I'm sure a lot more comes with it. Everyone, please it would mean so much if you could go vote and get our plays up, the site www.battleofthebands.com/prettylightsbelow. We've also started construction on the photo page, it should be all done by the end of the week. Hope everyone is doing well and please go to that site and vote, it would mena alot to all of us. |
| April 2, 2006 The month of March has treated us very well. We had some really good and fun shows with a lot of friends. We randomly played Chapell Fest, which was really fun. It's a big hardcore festival, if you didn't know what I was talking about, anyways we didn't really fit in, but we got to play, jump around, and see some friends we hadn't seen in awhile. Next was Livermore High Battle Of The Bands...which didn't go so well for us, I'm pretty sure we got last place for trying to get kids to stand up during our set and me jumping into the audience didn't help to much either, but as usual it was fun...and we of course saw even more friends. Then on Friday was the Vetrans Hall Show, which was also really fun, not many people came, but we had a lot of fun. If you were there, you obviously saw that we had been working on our sweet posi jumps! Big thanks to Jon W illiams from Normal Like You for asking us to play, and of course a shout out to all the other bands, Minus Vince, Hello Adaijo, and Team Hate Nelson. | April 16, 2006 Hey everyone! Well we have been keeping really busy. We got a chance to play some really awesome shwos with some really awesome bands! First we played with Start Again, great band and people, Hudson Criminal also played this show, which was amazing, I mean members of The Nerve Agents and Scattered Fall, it was pretty cool playing show with that band, no to mention they are really good. Then Friday night was a show with Charlie Hustle, this show was great too. Plenty of sing alongs and hanging out, and we sold a good deal of merch, so hopefully everyone likes what they got. Besides playing shows, we have been writing a lot as well, I'm not making any promises, but hoopefully we get a chance to record these songs in the early summer, and then hopefully a small west coast tour can follow. We are all really excited about things are going. Anyways we have a show at Unity on May 5th.....yes, Cinco De Mayo, the fiesta will be crazy fun, also an awesome ska band will be palying, Minus Vince. We played with these guys at the Vetrans Hall a couple weeks ago and they were awesome, so you better not miss out and come out tot hsi one. |
