| A home portrait makes a unique accent for your home, or a thoughtful, personal gift. Rendered in watercolor, they are created on the highest quality D �Arches watercolor paper - suited to the heirloom quality of the work. The finished work is then placed in a beveled, cream color matte with an inner matte of charcoal grey/blue. A finished watercolor is 12�x 18� with an outside matte measurement of 18�x 24�
3 easy ways to order house portraits: call: (203) 264-3314 by email: to [email protected] by US Post Office mail (see instructions below) To order by email: Your photographs � A good photograph is essential, as I can only include details of your home if they are clearly visible. As a rule, angled photos create a more interesting composition than straight �on views. Please include close-ups of specific details you would like included. If you have no photograph--If the home to be rendered is in the general area, I will take a photograph ($50.00 fee). Special instructions � As a rule, items that detract from the composition such as power lines, neighboring houses and cars, are omitted. If you wish, items such as flowers, trees, wildlife, or a change of season can be added. Please be very specific about any changes you would like made. I am more than happy to work with you to create a beautiful custom rendering. Click "Photo Tips" at left for more information. Delivery time � Your portrait will be completed within four weeks of receiving your order. If you need your portrait in a hurry, please contact me � I will make every effort to accommodate you! Pricing � Unless there are other mitigating factors such as extensive gingerbread (as on a Victorian), a house portrait with double matte is $350.00. If you do not wish to have the portrait matted, you may deduct $40.00 from the price. A deposit of $100.00 must be received (see address below) before work is begun. Click here to order by email: |
