Andre Parker plays Miss Parker. Things around her are often well beyond her control, Miss Parker responds by trying to control everything. She makes fun others, for example she calls Angelo "Jell-O brain" and "Cousin it", and Jarod is "Frankenboy" and "Rat boy". And sometimes she refers to Sydney as a "quack". There isn't enough room for what she calls Broots. Miss Parker threatens people with physical violence, but there is a part of her that you hardly ever see, understanding.
Jarod and Miss Parker have a "sibling rivalry" relationship. They try to upstage and annoy the heck out of each other. They tease each other with threats and promises of information.
Miss Parker's first name is still a mystery. But her are initials are "M.P." she once whispered it to Jarod when they were children. Miss Parker has also found out that Mr. Parker probably isn't her real father, but that Ben Miller may be. Ben Miller was a "friend" of Catherine Parkers. Miss Parker made a deal with Mr. Parker, that she would capture Jarod; she herself would be able to leave The Centre and have a life of her choosing.
Miss Parker has a fraternal male twin. It's Mr. Lyle. Mr. Lyle was formerly known as "Bobby Bowman", he was missing one of his thumbs but "harvested" one of Mr. Raines. He is a psychopath and is one of Jarod's most dangerous and unpredictable enemies. He co-heads the pursuit of Jarod.
Miss Parker has an ulcer that will, kill her if she doesn't stop working in her stress filled environment. (Now do you think that is going to happen)
Miss Parker's mother, Catherine Parker risked her life to rescue chilren from The Centre. She managed to save all but a handful of children in The Centre: those children Jarod refers to as the "unlucky ones". Among those children were Jarod and Angelo. Her death in an elevator at The Centre was originally labeled "suicide", but being turned around by all of the clues Miss Parker finds about her mother's death. Catherine Parker had a great deal of information about The Centre's projects and hid it away in several safe deposit boxes around the country. Jarod has been able to locate some of the boxes and found notes to Miss Parker from her mother, Catherine's wedding ring, and her dairy.
