Pasta Chili Cha Cha

Cook time: 15 minutes
1/2 375 gram pakage Primo Medium Egg Noodles or other type pasta (4 cups)
1 lb. lean ground beef (500 g)
1 cup chopped onion (250 ml)
1 can (28 oz/796 ml) Primo Whole Tomatoes
1 can (19 oz/540 ml) Primo Red Kidney Beans, drained
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) Primo tomato sauce
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) Green Giant Nibblets Whole Kernel Corn, drained
2 T Chili Powder (30 ml)
1 t Garlic Powder (5ml)
1/2 t salt (2 ml)
1/4 t Cayenne pepper (1 ml)
1 c shredded Chedder Cheese, optional (250 ml)
Cook pasta according to package directions.
When cooked drain and return to pot to keep warm.
Meanwhile in large skillet brown beef with onion. Drain fat.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Toss meat mixture with hot noodles and serve topped with shredded cheddar cheese.
Makes 4-6 servings.

CROCKPOT CHICKEN CACCIATORE

Another crockpot recipe today!
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 (6 oz each) cans tomato paste
8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 bay leaf
1/2 c. water
Put sliced onion in bottom of crock pot.
Add chicken
pieces.
Stir together tomato paste, mushrooms, salt,
pepper, garlic, herbs, and water.
Spread over chicken.
Cover; cook on Low 7 to 9 hours (High: 3 to 4 hours).
Serve chicken pieces over hot spaghetti or vermicelli.
Makes 4 servings.

Italian Pasta & Bean Soup

Ingredients:
8 ozs. uncooked Italian sausage
1 1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped celery
15 oz. can white kidney (cannelloni) beans, rinsed and drained
14 oz. can chicken broth
14 oz. can diced tomatoes with basil, oregano, and garlic
1 3/4 cups water
1/2 cup dried elbow macaroni
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons dried Italian parsley
Directions:
Remove casing from sausage.
In a large saucepan cook sausage, onion, and celery until sausage
is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Drain fat.
Add broth, undrained tomatoes, and water. Bring to boiling.
Stir in macaroni. Return to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Stir in beans and parsley; heat through.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Beer Beef Stew

Beef stew has a unique flavor when cooked with beer, while the alcohol cooks out of the food, the unique flavors blend in and make it delicious!
1 lb boneless chuck or round steak, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 soup can beer
1 can tomatoes, drained or 3 fresh tomatoes, peeled and quartered
6 small onions or 1 small can pearl onions, drained
4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 to 3 ribs celery, sliced in 2 inch chunks
2 to 3 carrots, sliced in 2 inch chunks
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Place meat, mushroom soup, onion soup, beer, tomatoes, onions,
potatoes, celery and carrots in bottom of crock.
Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
Serve with fresh Italian bread with butter.

Take an apple that will sit even....
Remove (on top) just enough to place a votive candle in it...
place one at each place setting and light them right before the guest sit down....
