We can provide basic support for all HP models. Basic support means that we are a first responder to any issue, but we often escalate to authorized HP servicers. By being a first responder, we can often resolve the issue on site or provide temporary replacement while your printer is being serviced away from your office.

Service Agreement Support Options
We offer service agreements on a month-to-month basis providing easy method of balancing cost and services. Paying your agreement in quarterly or annual basis provide significant savings overall. We know there's a lot of competition out there- making the decision as to who should perform your maintenance and repairs is usually based on word of mouth. By providing month-to-month agreements with many option to choose, and a discount for longer commitment, we hope to make the selection process little less painstaking.
