equipment is available for units moved off-site for service, including
units returned to the manufacturer for repair (included with Platinum,
a separate option for others).
- Warranty
management: DES will facilitate the manufacturer's warranty replacement
of any item covered.
- Cover
all the desktops, servers and network node devices for as little
as $156 per month.
- Terminate
at any time without penalty
- System
monitoring : we'll notify personnel on your email/call list and
provide recommended action or respond when trouble is detected:
- Daily server backups fail to complete
