A Good Value?

The process of determining the return value of a service agreement is all in the numbers. One suggestion would be to sum the annual cost of internal and 2nd party service charges, and comparing the cost to a DES agreement that provides those same services. If the serviced equipment meets the minimum requirements for an agreement, it's a safe bet that we can provide those same services for less.

Service Agreement Offerings

Follow these steps to estimate the cost for your service package:

  1. Use the Package Chart on next page as a guide to the features that are best suited for your needs.
  2. Download the Package Builder worksheet and use the Package Builder price sheet to calculate the cost of your package.
  3. We'll schedule an appointment to complete the agreement. Unless other arrangements have been made, your services will begin within 5 days.
  • Choose monthly, quarterly or annual agreement payment frequency. Quarterly and annual payment frequencies include a discount of up to 25%
  • All support packages require a minumum of one (1) server and five (5) PCs or just three (3) servers. You can choose any of four different levels of service to cover different groups of equipment, as long as one group includes a server. This is a real money saver, and allows you to adjust the level of service for each unit covered.

  • All equipment requires pre-certification to be included in a service package. Pre-certification confirms the working order of the equipment. If any equipment is in need of repairs, we'll make arrangements to take care of any issue before they are added to the agreement.
  • You may also just schedule an appointment for a FREE estimate and we'll work with you to develop a package with the best cost/service ratio for your needs.
