| The SHP Fishing Club will be setting sail for the last time during this school year on May 20, 2004. The club trips are always open to any returning members as well as any NEW members that wish to climb aboard. If you are interested in attending this trip,please note the following steps: 1. Attend the informational meeting held about a week before the trip. 2. Read over informational packet and a permission slip. 3. Have a parent/guardian read the packet over with you. |

| 4. Fill out the permission slip, and have your parent sign it. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 5. Bring the permission slip and $45 trip fee to Mr.Mielko's office in the gym. The money and permission slip MUST be in an envelope with your name on it. There will be a bin called "The Tackle Box" for you to deposit your envelope. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 6. There might be one more infomational meeting that you must attend to be able to go on the trip. The meeting will be held the day before the trip. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
