�Prep by Molly� started out as nothing more than a girl making gifts for her friends and has since expanded into a thriving business for a young entrepreneur. While working towards her BA in psychology at Harvard University, Molly was struck by the multicolored belts and bags she saw around Cambridge and decided to make her own line. She began by making a few belts for her friends and soon had numerous requests from people around campus. Buoyed by the support of her grandparents who purchased her a new sewing machine Molly has since produced numerous belt and bag designs as well as marketing watches and dog accessories.
Growing up in a house where she was labeled as a �preppie� by her older sister (a self described sporty-hippie type) Molly had no trouble looking at material and design and knowing what people would like.
