'Sup all My name is Greg Robbins and I play lead guitar for P3. Like it says above, I was born to Stan an Darlene Robbins in the huge town of Pawnee, OK. I have one brother that is 1 and a half years younger than me, Jonathan, the coolest little brother that I could ask for. He plays bass for us sometimes. I lived my whole life in Pawnee, until I moved to Stillwater last year to attend Oklahoma State University(GO POKES!), where I am currently attending and am a Civil Engineering Major. I graduated from Pawnee High School in 2002. In high school, I played lead trumpet in the band for 3 years, played Offensive and defensive line in football for 4 years, and pitched and played first base in baseball for 4 years. I was also a member of the National Beta Club and was Student Council President my senior year. Enough about high school, that's in the past. I think college is a million times cooler than high school was. I'm in my second semester here and currently have 3.27 GPA (dang chemistry brought my GPA down....). I enjoy reading, ("The Lord of Discipline" by Pat Conroy is my favorite book), doing anything related to baseball, I'm a video game junkie (Warcraft III, Starcraft, anything Final Fantasy and Half-Life: Counterstrike top that list),I used to play golf, but not getting better in 5 years is kind of frustrating so I renounced golf and do not claim it as a past-time......, and I love listenting to and making all kinds of music. I can play the piano, various brass instruments, bass, guitar, and sorta play the drums.

I don't really know who I model my guitar playing after, but if it weren't for DC Talk's "Jesus Freak" I might have never picked up a guitar in the first place. A lot of the songs that I have helped write and that our band plays mostly have a hard rock/melodic metal type of feel to them. You can check out the bands that have influenced our music on our Influences page. I like to think that my lead and soloing styles are all my own, but I know that I have been influenced by alot of bands, probably too numerous to list. If you want to know my story click here.
