1a. Easiest way--->Call (301) 617-0402 and leave your name and phone number
1b. Next easiest way---> Send me an e-mail with your name and phone number
2. We will arrange drop off or pick up
3. You decide what type of string and tension
4. Replacement grip or overgrip?
5. Stencil? (Wilson, Prince, Head, Babolat, Yonex, etc.)
6. The cost is agreed upon
7. The work is completed, drop off or pick up is arranged
8. You pay---> That's it!!
Note: At any time, racquets can be dropped off in my front door with string type, tension and/or payment written on paper.
