My Abuelita Rosa Chapa and my Mama Margarita Farias made the best tortillas I have ever had.� Flour tortillas were a part of our every day meals. It would start with my Abuelita waking up at 5 in the morning to prepare breakfast and to-go lunches for us her grandchildren. |

Today I live here in the U.S. and things have not changed. Flour Tortillas are still part of my family's everyday life. Tortillas are part of every meal. My Family loves tortillas so much that they started creating new dishes and recipies with flour tortillas. It was not until a couple of years ago that we began experimenting with new added flavors in the tortilla mix. We were at the grocery store when the idea came to mind. We began wondering why tortillas were not made with flavor just as chips are. So, we began making our favored tortillas for our family gatherings. Although it seemed as a typical home recipe...many relatives and friends have come to love this new mix.
We want everyone to try our flavored tortillas. That is why we decided to market our idea and bring delicious tortillas to your table too. |

Manufacturing
We make the tortillas right in our own kitchen. They are hand made and comal cooked. We use a large rolling pin and tortilla to stretch the tortillas. No machinery of any kind of tortilla makers are used. We believe that using machinery will ruin the homemade taste of our tortillas.
