WEDDING KUCHEN

Crust:
1/2 C. lard
1/2 C. milk
1 C. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
4 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix in order given using 1 cup of flour to roll out dough. Divide dough into 8 balls. Place each into 8-9 inch pie plate spread or roll into pan. Top with the following

Filling:
1 qt. thick cream
1 box non-pudding mix, not instant
2 Tbsp. sugar

Combine cream and mix spread on each kuchen round. Put sugar on top with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.
CARAMEL ROLLS

2 loaves frozen bread dough
1/2 c. butter
1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
2 tbsp. milk
1 C. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Let bread thaw. Grease 9+13 pan. Tear loaf into 12 peices (roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture if desired), drop into greased pan. Melt butter, add other ingredients, heat until smooth. Pour over bread. Let rise for 2 1/2 - 3 hours (until bread has doubled its size). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn out on cookie sheet.
Zucchini Bread

3 C. shredded zucchini (about 3 medium)
1 2/3 C. vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
3 C. all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 C. Chopped nuts

Heat Oven to 350. Grease botton only of 2 loaf pans. Mix zucchini, sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pans. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes loosen sides, remove from pans. Cool completely before slicking. Rap tightly will keep about 10 days in the fridge. or freeze it. Can also use the same recipe for muffins.

RED LOBSTER BISCUITS

2 C. buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick)
2/3 C. milk
1/2 to 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 C. butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
parsley flakes

Beat for 30 seconds Bisquick, milk and cheese. Bake at 425-450 for 10-12 minutes. Brush on baked biscuits, butter and garlic powder. Sprinkle tops with parsley falkes. Serve warm.
BANANA FRUIT BREAD

1/2 C. butter
1 C. sugar
2 eggs
3 bananas
2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 C. walnuts
1/2 C. chocolate chips
1/2 C. maraschino cherries

Mix in order given and bake in two loaf pans in 350 oven for 1 hour.

HERBED BISQUICK ROLLS

2/3 C. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
3 C. Bisquick
3/4 C. sour cream
1/4 C milk
1/4 C. margarine, melted

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease tube pan. Mix cheese, parsley,basil,garlic powder and paprika. Mix baking mix, sour cream and milk until souf dough forms. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Smooth dough into ball and kneed 10 times. Shame into 1 inch balls. Dip each ball inot melted margarine, then roll in cheese mixture to coat. Stack balls around bundt pan. Bake 17 Minutes.
