Viktor von Pentz

This article is written in response to the pro-Pentzite material sent me by Mrs. Heidi Hagen (See here)

The material is very interesting, in that it demonstrates the same attitude towards the opposite attitudes, opinions, or even more precisely, heresies, as set out by both myself and the group of persons who organised the prior election of His Holiness Pope Michael, late Mr. David Allen Bawden of the USA.

[My texts are: Repair My Church; Orthopapism, etc.

H.H. Pope Michael has his pages on his website, The Vatican In Exile]
However, it becomes obvious that the Pentzite election is defective, and even heretical, in itself. I have been consistently asking for clarifications on certain points, and received no answer for many years, so much so that I gave up all hope of ever receiving an answer.

Today, suddenly, I receive material that provides a more full background to the process by which Pentz was "elected." However, regrettably, it is neither satisfactory nor to the point.

I have raised the specific opposition to both the Pentzite and to the even subsequent "election" of Lucianus Pulvermacher, in 1998, stating that, before anybody should presume to proceed with a purported election to elect a pope in order to end a purported vacancy, they must first demonstrate that the previous attempts were defective and the reasons therefore.

The election of Mr. David Allen Bawden as Pope Michael in 1990 was not substantially different in procedure or applied doctrine from the procedures or applied doctrine recoursed to in the Pentzite "election."

But it becomes evident rapidly, that the Pentzite "Electoral College" blissfully ignored the previous election and its result in the election of Mr. Bawden as Pope Michael.

Now, basing myself on Catholic procedures and practices, I say that this attitude and procedure adopted by the Pentzites demonstrates implicit heresy.

It is the heresy that propositions that persons may "procure" the "election" of a purported Papal Claimant, of a person whom they will pretend they have elected and thereby constituted Pope, even when the Papacy is not demonstrated conclusively to be vacant.

The Church cannot have two heads. There can be only one Pope. Therefore, when there is already a pope elected, any attempt to elect another without first demonstrating conclusively that the previous claimant's claim is defective, null and void, is heresy and schismatic.
