Hello,
        I am Prakash Karunanithi, the WEBMASTER> of this site. I was born 25 years ago in a small town Cuddalore in TamilNadu, India. I did my basic Schooling in Cuddalore till 1995. After that My family moved to Pondicherry where I did my School studies in a St. Patrick's Matriculation Higher Secondary School,Pondicherry and completed my B.Tech(Computer Science and Engineering) degree from Pondicherry University. I would not have entered into an engineering college without the guidance and the efforts that have been taken for our growth by our beloved Principal Mr. Regis.

And ofcourse my friend Tholkappian, he is the person who was guiding me,moulding me into a successful person.         After my graduation I was working as FREELANCE web Developer for an Mallu Guy in New Jersey,USA where I had a chance to learn about the powerful Web Scripting Language PHP Which I love to program day and night everytime i got a project and also I happen to work in the dominating Platform Linux.

        Later I moved to Bangalore(India) Where I continued to work as PHP Web Developer for a Support and Development company called Iwebtune.com for 9 months. Then after i worked for another company called Webquezt Internet Services for another 6 months. This is the company which made me a complete PHP Guy. I was able to learn the TEMPLATING ENGINE concept. Some of the methods I used them were Display_template, Fast Template and Smarty A little bit.

       Then after I moved to a company called Mindscape Computing Pvt. Ltd where I was given a chance to Work in Oracle Forms and Reports 6i which gave me the recognition as to declare myself as Oracle Developer. It was not just learning oracle itself but i happened to learn a very big domain Supply Chain Management(SCM). The credits goes to my previous Boss Sunil Kunders.

       I really feel proud of myself, all my hard work in the small companies have given me a great reward by offering me a job at Satyam Computer Services Pvt. Ltd. I am also feeling happy that i am working for an Indian Company. Currently I am staying at Chicago, Illinois and playing the role as Onshore SME.

        The day I came to know about the Open Source Software and Free Software Community . I thought I want to do something for the Free Software Community somthing that is possible by me. The programs that I have presented are something that i was able to put my efforts in bringing it out successfully. They may be simple and small. I am trying to develop some nice utilities that will be useful to many friends and will always be free to download. Sorry to say that I am developing these during the free time certainly they will or may not have bugs. All the programs I have developed are done during my freetime. I will continue to do it.
