he started to note down his personal emission details. So you also start
writing down. Follow him”
Well,
we are not just writing down for fun. Say, you are a celibate and under vow (as
given above,
Laws of a Celibate). So there is no question of sex or masturbation. Only emission, in sleep, if at all. So in one month, let’s
say, we have 5 emission. Next month,
8. The next month, 10. We are just tired with
the outcome, as the results below show. We make a firm resolve to catch the
culprit. So keep vigil. To be aware. Those mental
defilements, mental impurities just have to be nullified. The Devil have to be subdued. We just don’t want the leak, the leaving
of the pre-cum from the body unnecessarily, for it is dirty, as per Leviticus 15. We have to control the leak. We use
Statistical Process Control.
We
watch our movements. Keep our daily journal. Note down our emission with care.
Find mistakes, faults which we rectify. Thus, what used to be 5, 8, 10 in
successive months, gets reduced slowly, until we reach the state of NO
EMISSION. No wastage. Praise the Lord! Praise the Buddha!

The
assumption, you never keep a girl-friend, or a woman. You just can’t have the
opposites, at the same time. Having a girl friend and being a celibate doesn’t
go together.
“We
will not have any relationship. We just want to live together and I want to be
a celibate”.
Well,
we are involved in mental control. Any thought of the opposite sex could cause
emission in deep sleep, even if you have decided not to have sex. A strong likelihood or possibility of thwarting the test results.
So you can have only one thing at a time. Either you become a complete celibate
or be a “married” man and thus enjoy the separate
worlds completely instead of partially. In the celibate world, you might enjoy
“Nikkamma sugha”. In the
married world, you might enjoy “sexual pleasures”.

“Nikkamma sugha” Can you explain
more?
Imagine
an old type of wall clock with a long pendulum. When the clock is not running,
the pendulum stands vertical, stands still. On proper winding, the pendulum
swings to and fro. A maximum distance one side and the same
other side.
If
you accept sexual pleasures as giving a certain level of happiness, then
consider it as a state of the pendulum at one extreme.
Then
the same happiness must be possible if the pendulum moves to the opposite side,
where there is absolutely no sex.
That
state is “Nikhamma sugha”.
Alternate terms are bliss, ecstasy etc, though the English terms can’t properly
express that state of “spiritual beatitude”.
Spirituality
records many a celibate having achieved that condition. Eg. Jesus Christ.

Just
try to ensure the condition of retaining the pre-cum/cum within the body. Check
and see the result.

Does it matter what color you are?
No.
You can be white, black, brown or whatever. Any human being.
3.
How simple! No emission. Is that all?
Well,
undergo the test over a short period, say, 41 days. A longer period of many
years, say 12 years as the learned Brahmins advice. And then ask yourself, was
it simple?
The
analogy will be something like being in a ship laden with cargo or goods on the
verge of sinking. A sinking ship.
To
save the ship from sinking, a stage will reach where you will have to throw
away the cargo one by one onto the sea, voluntarily.
The
ship is your personal life. The cargo, your normal day-to-day
activities, which you end up abandoning one by one.
Just
to ensure that simple thing of retaining pre-cum/cum within the body, you will
end up fighting against food, sleep, women, money and fame. The
five major evils. A whole new world opens up. A
different way of life, far different from what any normal man live in
any society. What was thought to be simple, becomes a
challenge, a never ending battle. A battle in the name of the Lord, for on the
course of battle, you will come across entities which are external to you, but
have a heavy influence on your way of life. Such external entities are
controlled by the Lord, like puppets. If you started off as an atheist, slowly
you will come around as a very religious and devoted person in the service of
the Lord.
What
you were before will not be what you are now, nor what
you will be in the future. The old “you” died, and a new person rises from the
“ashes”. Such will be the state of the one who pursues the “simple thing” of
retaining pre-cum/cum within the body.

Sinking
ship? You joking? I lead a normal life, just like
everyone, my neighbors etc. I work, watch TV etc. Happy.
How can my life be a sinking ship?
You
separate yourself from many of the normal day-to-day activities. Behaviors like
watching TV, enjoying music, sleeping in posh bed etc are abandoned one-by-one.
The sole objective being to retain the pre-cum/cum within
yourself. Any behaviour which you find gives
negative result is abandoned. When you slowly change yourself or evolve in that
way and you look at how other’s live, you will be looking in an entirely
different manner. The way they live, the way you yourself lived before was in
fact a way of leakage, the leaking of the vital liquid, like a battleship with
a leaking hole underneath. Slowly the battleship sinking into the ocean without
the knowledge of the captain! So know thyself, Lanoo!

That is a sample
day-to-day statistics. It only gives the small picture. We need the big picture
also. Without the big picture, there is a possibility of slackness. “Oh, just an emission only. No problem”. If you are in the
business of making a million dollars, saving of even 5 cents matters towards
that million. If you have the attitude of slackness, “Oh, just 5 cents”, then
the million dollar goal will be far, far away. So too the concept of Brahmacharya. If the target is 12 years or eighty years in
the long term, and you have an emission any time during that period, you just
have to start counting the days from the very beginning AGAIN.
The week-to-week
statistics as well as the month-to-month statistics gives the big picture. The
trend for controlling can be easily identified from the charts prepared from
the weekly emission analysis.
Though we start off
with the emission analysis for controlling purposes, controlling the leakage,
the state to be achieved is where you don’t have any data at all. Zero
emission. Day and night.
Once the weeks are
battled and subdued, you go over to the months.
Once the months are
battled and subdued, you go over to the years.
To battle the months,
to go over the years, to retain the years, hardcore fasting without food and
drink becomes an absolute requirement. Once the food and drink are withdrawn,
sleep also withdraws voluntarily, by itself. A new target opens up: The 41-day
fast without food and drink as practised by the Christ.

What is suspect emission?
In log book you consider suspect emission as emission occurred,
for statistical purposes. But emission did not actually “occur”.
What do I mean?
How do you normally detect emission?
The pre-cum – is its traces in the underclothes?
A visually recognizable one, if you have an emission in deep
sleep; when you check your underclothes before you pass the early morning urine
at the toilet.
You can also feel with the sense of touch. Gently feel your
organ and the thighs with your hand. Do you come across anything sticky on the
organ or nearby thigh skin? Cum and pre-cum are sticky in nature, but hardens
with time.
Now we consider the rare case.
An erection of the little one occurs in sleep.
You control your breath to prevent the out-flowing of the
pre-cum. You stop it’s coming out and hence its traces will be absent in the
underclothes.
BUT what happened to the pre-cum which was supposed to come out?
Refer the male reproductive organ diagram given in Lord Energy
section and the write-up in chapter 7.
The prostrate gland and the Cowper’s gland produce the clear
liquid prior to ejaculation of the sperms. This clear liquid
Now, the way from both glands flow downward. So it is easy
to generate the clear liquid, whereas for the sperms to come down is not that
easy. Why?
From the Testes, the way goes upward to the Seminal Vesicles.
So to bring out the sperms, one need to push or rotate or
move the lower part of the body violently/forcibly ("having made the whole
body shake, it is released and descends into the urinary tract.")
So in the event of involuntary emission, don’t
move the body. Minimize the damage, being induced by the forces of Evil, only to
the emission of the clear liquid. Don’t go to the next stage. Don’t pursue the
wet dream or thought. Leave it alone. It will die off by itself.
The pre-cum left the organ of production, but hasn’t come out by
emission. For you held the process through breath control. The liquid is
staying in the way, for it cannot go back to its production area.
Watch the urine after you get up early in the morning.
You are not smelling the urine.
You are watching for the traces of pre-cum which, if present in
the tube mixes with the urine and comes out.
If pre-cum mixes with urine, then the urine will be “bubbly”
with air bubbles and a bit “oily”, than compared to a clear water like liquid
of the normal urine (light yellow or clear in color for normal urine). If the
make of the closet is of the European type (the high bowl one)instead
of the standard Indian type of closet, (the low flat one), where the residue water
is held in, the bubbles in the urine can easily be discerned.
Also watch
All these allow one to infer whether one had a suspect emission
or not.
The relative amount in such cases will be hard to discern
whether low or high for the liquid you controlled inside and also it got mixed
with the urine. (Refer the diagram for the urinary bladder. Urine also passes
down through the same way)
Even in suspect case also, you still consider yourself as
wounded and get even only on the eight day.
Depending on your environment, you may or may not wash and clean
your clothes, for they are NOT soiled or dirtied with pre-cum.
