 In Prayer

"Many are called but few are chosen."  (Mark 22:14)

In the Spring of 1994 the call to the ministry would come upon a man, who had led a life of crime from his teenage years.  Through the many adversities and temptations of life in 1996 he accepted his calling to the ministry and was licensed under the "Pentecostal Assemblies of the World" as a minister of God.

Birthed out of the ministry of Suffragan Edward C. Price, Minister Gary K. Lockett would grow drastically in the word, under the anointed teachings of his father in the gospel.  As years passed Minister Lockett would be elevated to Elder Gary K. Lockett, and Assistant Pastor at All Nations Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Vision

"Where the true worshippers dwell" (John 4:23)

Moving into vision that was implanted in the mind of Elder Lockett, he began having fellowship in is home teaching his children the Word of God, but the time had come to step out on faith, and in November of 2003 he because founder and Pastor of Praise Temple Church of the Living God.  The church was established on November 16, 2003 at 2420 Dudley Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.

The Message

To the people of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

We at Praise Temple Church of the Living God would like to WELCOME you and your family into the family of God.  There is nothing more precious than the people of God.  The desire of our Pastor Elder Gary K. Lockett and our entire church family is that we might be saved (Romans 10:1).  We encourage as a group that you might know the truth.  (John 8:31).  We are come with different problems and short comings (Romans 3:23).  That's the Beauty of this whole purpose.  That we will not leave the same way we entered in.

Here at Praise Temple we are taught the things of God, through the man of God, not to be subject to man, but to be subject to God.  Everyone needs to establish his or her relationship with the Lord.  (John 10:27).  For in your relationship with the Lord you will find your walk much easier.
